Bipolar is a neurological disorder that is treated and managed through therapy, and medication which all of everything that I've mentioned so far has to be treated that way I don't do it directly. You have to use a health professional nutrition campaign important role in bipolar management by stabilizing the mood and preventing any nutrient deficiencies. Clinical test has shown that people with bipolar are deficient quite often in vitamin D and vitamin D. So we try to make sure we have that in the menus. It's the plan is rich in omega three fatty acids because we needed to replenish the fats in the brain. And it's low and processed sugar, high quality proteins die free and chemically pure Whole Foods. We want to incorporate the healthy fats, the antioxidants, the foods that have the vitamin D and vitamin DS in it, to stay within other guys.

Lines of what's needed and of course, it's only done in conjunction with health professions. They This is a bipolar menu which you could see. I don't coffee here. That's why you're seeing me keep looking here. Again, you have to have one half your body weight in water per day. I prefer the hydroxide we want to we need to keep everything moving.

It's very important. So for breakfast, we have a sandwich an egg with spinach, two sliced turkey bacon and two slices of gluten free toast, gluten free toast, and half an ounce of Swiss cheese so you could use a goat cheese or vagin a cheese accord a cup of almonds or walnuts. And a small Clementine for a snack. radish and carrot salad with tuna for lunch. One serving of low sugar fruits, berries apples, plums. Remember the darker the fruit, the less sugar it has to be.

Even though it's natural, then lettuce cups with Turkey, quinoa and peanut sauce. For the next day we have steel cut oats with one teaspoon of protein powder, but make sure it's non dairy. Half a cup of fresh berries and cinnamon to taste for snack banana with almond and cashew butter for the healthy fats. Apple chicken salad for lunch. Coconut which again is dairy free and has healthy fats in it as a snack and for dinner salmon Chapelle day with slider burgers for made into slider burger. I'm only going to show you one here but I think I showed you steel cutouts are ready so we'll do the apple and chicken salad.

As an example dafa halfa one half of an apple finally chopped one half of the Federal bowl ahead Have a small shower. eight ounces of poached roasted a rotisserie chicken it's already cooked. So again this is enough for two days at least two tablespoons of mayonnaise, one tablespoon of finely chopped chives, a tablespoon of finely chopped fresh Paragon and those are fresh chives, two teaspoons of final grade lemons that remember lemon is alkalyn one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and more if needed up a taste and then some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. using a fork mix the apple fennel salad chicken mayonnaise chives and taragan. Lemon zest. add one tablespoon of lemon juice and a medium bowl until it's all well combined seasoning it with little salt and pepper.

Add a little bit more lemon juice if you want mixed up and you have your lunch. I won't read the dinner to you but I want you to take a picture of it. Okay, now we'll go on to depression. Depression, again is one of the three that I was talking about that is one of the top mental illnesses. It's anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. So depression is a neurological disorder that is treated in Madison therapy and in some cases medic medication, nutrition, again, campaign important role in managing if I focus on stabilizing the mood, it's sort of the same as we're talking about with anxiety and preventing autism and, and preventing nutrient deficiencies like vitamin D and vitamin D. Testing has shown that people with depression, a low in vitamin D and vitamin D, so we try to have that in it.

So we're going to have the omega three fatty acids in it again, because we need to replenish the brain. We're going to stay low on the sugar. We're gonna make sure we have enough vitamin D D and vitamin B Ma. And we're going to stay with all Whole Foods and healthy foods and stay away from the additives and preservatives. And something else to note is with depression, people tend to have too much serotonin and melatonin, whereas with anxiety, there's not enough melatonin and serotonin so you may notice a little difference that so here's a sample of a depression menu. Again, make sure we have one half bodyweight water and ounces per day, keep everything moving to help with the inflammation to help with irregular health.

And to help maintain the insulin mechanism which maintains the sugar which isn't good for depression either. So for breakfast, we have quinoa oatmeal. For snack, we have a quarter cup of almonds and walnuts for lunch. We have lettuce wraps with romaine lettuce with veggies and playing chicken or turkey. Make sure it's nitrate free. With a healthy salad dressing you have an apple for a snack.

And then we have sorachi line. And remember lime is alkalyn chicken with roasted green peppers. Now today we have veggie egg scrambled celery with the almond cashew butter but sticking with the healthy fats chili squash boasts coconut free dairy yogurt for a snack and lemon roseberry chicken with potatoes regular food nobody's gonna say oh, you gave me this because I have the crushing. It's not gonna happen. So is the veggie egg scrambled eggs? I think I showed you this already.

So let me skip to another one. I showed you this already. Okay. Again, this is enough for a family. It's one pound of ground beef Turkey. Two combs of fresh garlic men.

One egg, two jalapeno slice. I'm not a big jalapeno fan. But if you are you should Like this one quarter cup of plain gluten free bread crumbs, a pinch of pepper, Rita, Rita and pepper to taste. combine all the ingredients together in a log ball and mold the mixture into full burger. serve a boneless on a bun with lettuce, red onions, avocado, tomato, and mayo. Of course make sure that Turkey turkeys cooked, I assume when they gave it to you and you have a nice dinner.

Okay, now I'm going to talk about diabetes. And one of the questions I get when I go over the next questions is why are you talking about diabetes, that's not a substance abuse problem. And it's not a mental illness, which is true, but it does affect substance abuse and it does affect mental illness. It affects the insulin system affects the opiate receptors by affecting an insulin system, and it affects inflammation and 40% of the people in the United States. Either have or We'll have by the year 2020 Diabetes Type One Diabetes Type two will be pre diabetic. So it's just something very good for our patients.

So whether you're trying to prevent or control diabetes, you can make a big impact with healthy along with healthy lifestyle changes. The most important thing you could do in most cases lose weight, losing just five to 10% of the total weight could lower your blood sugar considerably and lower your sugar levels. And help of course out with the insulin take a lot of strain like the insulin mechanism. Now I'm going to go over some myths. So you know what's true or not true, you must avoid sugar at all Philips. You can enjoy your favorite treats as long as you have planned properly, you could have dessert.

It doesn't have to be off limits. You just have to do this part of our total healthy plan, which is what I'm trying to give you and combine it with exercise. A high protein diet is best a healthy diet and eat proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats Our bodies need all three to function properly. So it's not just a high protein diet. That means the key is a balanced diet, and even meats, poultry and seafood. Even though they love low in carbohydrates, you still need to monitor the portions.

Next month you have to cut way down on your carbs. The serving size and the type of carbohydrates you read are especially important focus on whole gluten free grains, carbs and complex carbs since they're a good source of fiber and digested slowly and it helps keep the sugar levels at a more even level and other methods you'll no longer be able to eat normally and need special dietetic meals. It's not true. The principles of healthy eating and the saying whether or not to try to prevent or control diabetes, so you just had a history in your family. So you want to watch it expensive diabetic foods generally and are no particular benefit you can easily eat with your family and friends to eat in moderation. So when you talk about the coffee changes that you made, instead of white rice at Brown white rice a wild rice instead of white potatoes including fries and mashed potatoes have sweet potatoes a yams and winter squash and cauliflower.

Mash instead of regular pasta, have gluten free pasta. Instead of white bread have gluten free bread instead of sugary breakfast cereal, have high fiber cereal. Instead of instant oatmeal have steel Oh to roll those instead of cornflakes have gluten free bran flakes instead of corn have tea so leafy greens. Those are the big changes that we'll talk about in a second. So You can see they're not that big. So a diabetic nutrition plan is for those who have been diagnosed with type one or type two diabetes, hypoglycemia, pre diabetes, and those who have a strong family history of diabetes.

It focuses on foods at higher than a high in fiber, lean proteins, non starchy vegetables, and low glycemic fruits. You know the doctor the fruit remember the less sugar fiber particularly soluble fiber found in the host and a gluten free grains. And the complex fibrous vegetables such as spinach and carrots and drop fleas will slow the absorption of glucose and help improve the glucose levels beside that the diet is very similar to the others. And you can substitute a diabetes menu for substance abuse thing if this there's no difference between between those two. So here's the diabetes menu. Again, remember Water one half your body weight in ounces per day.

I use the hydroxide water which I explained to ready. For Monday we have Agen English muffin. For a snack we have a quarter cup of not for lunch we have here a pair blackberry salad with Turkey nitrate free. For a snack we have Apple banana celery with almond cashew butter. We want those healthy fats in there. And for dinner we have chicken curry.

On the next day we have chocolate strawberry shake shakes and my favorite lunch we have Apple banana with celery with the almond cashew butter for I'm sorry for a snack. For lunch we have a preta bite with spinach and chicken sausage nitrate free. For a snack we have coconut yogurt non dairy dinner we have fajitas states that all normal foods now He's gonna say Oh, you're giving me this because have diabetes and I forget the diabetes stuff. Nobody's gonna say that. For breakfast, I'll just show you one. To talk of strawberry shake.

It's really easy. One cup of strawberries, one cup of almond milk sugar free, one scoop of non dairy protein, one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa and five ice cubes to make it thick, put it in a blender and it's delicious. It's a nice way to start the day. I'm not going to go over the lunch, but I want you to take a picture of it. I'm not going to go over the dinner, but I do want you to take a picture. It's Boyle sama without squash.

Okay, now we're going to go over the eating disorders. And here you'll notice something special eating disorders like everything else that I'm going over, needs therapy. Who does Cause eating disorders, sugar will make them worse because it stimulates the LP receptors and gluten and dairy, because it'll tell us even more. But in general eating disorders are a therapy type of situation that you have to work for what we have to do is get them on a regular schedule to help with the eating disorders. So eating disorders are complicated and the symptoms vary from patient to patient. The plan can be used as a healthy eating guide to facilitating eating scheduled, and then meal snack choices that promote a healthy lifestyle.

For those suffering from anorexia, bulimia, free eating, binge eating, but to get to the root of the problem, you're going to have to go to therapy, but getting them used to having three meals a day and two snacks a day will help. There's nothing real specific in the eating disorders except staying away from anything that is stimulating the opioid receptors that will tell them to eat more of the substance have certain foods like sugar, or gluten or dairy, which can make the eating disorder worse because whatever it is additives, dyes, sugar substitutes, you want to stay from all of that besides that it's a regular healthy normal menu. Make sure you have your water which is important again for eating disorders because the body mistakes thirst and hunger sometimes you want to have one half the body weight in ounces per day. For breakfast, we have a tropical shake.

For a snack we have a quarter cup of nuts for lunch we have Mexican corn and tomato soup. For snack we have half of banana with a salary or salary with almond and cashew butter. And for dinner we have chicken Caesar salad, which I'm sorry shrimp Caesar salad. I sometimes substitute chicken, which you can on a Tuesday. We have spinach artichoke egg muffins. We have Apple banana celery with almond and cashew butter.

Got zucchini, SAP for lunch and coconut yogurt non dairy for a snack and pasta with halibut for dinner. Tropical shake for breakfast one quarter cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk, half a banana, half a cup of frozen strawberries, half a cup of frozen pineapples, four to eight ounces of coconut yogurt and one scoop of non dairy protein. Put it in a blender. If five scoops of ice cubes in it to make it thicker it tastes better. Blend it and then you start off the day. Fine.

I'll I'll show you a lunch secret. I'll make a copy of it. It's skinny Cobb salad, take a picture. And then for dinner, it's coconut salmon, salmon with steamed broccoli. Just take a nice picture Okay, PTSD. Now I was in the Marines for a long time.

And Dr. Diane Chairman was in the army that attacked her husband's career on so we're used to PTSD, thinking of it as a military problem. It's not just the military problem of post traumatic stress syndrome PTSD is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event, either expressing it or witnessing it symptoms. They include flashbacks, nightmares, and severe anxiety, as well as an uncontrolled as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Nutrition may aid in the management of PTSD. The plan will focus on avoiding stimulants in the afternoon and night and evening time, such as caffeine, and preventing nutrient deficiencies. One thing I noticed in people who have PTSD is they're deficient in magnesium, which is important in our hormone balance specifically to that effect.

Sleep which is melatonin and serotonin. So in that sense it's a little bit like the anxiety menu. All the fans are rich in omega three fatty acids and the rest is very normal. gonna stay away from the sugars when mistakes was the lean high quality protein proteins. Were going to be chemically pure as fast as we can use Whole Foods and healthy fats and antioxidants and complex carbohydrates. And again, this could only be done with health professionals.

So here's your menu. Again, the water is very important in this because we don't want to inflammation to show up in the water helps with the inflammation it helps regulate the sugar helps regulate the insulin mechanism. It helps everything throw through bodies at a better pace and it helps get rid of toxins. So we have an oatmeal banana shake for breakfast. We have a quarter cup of almonds and walnuts for a snack. We have an apple sandwich for lunch.

We have plum for a snack and we have braised broccoli with a grilled salmon. very normal foods but you'll see what we're doing. We're getting foods that have magnesium in them. We're using complex carbohydrates and proteins to make sure we have the right serotonin and melatonin levels which help with thing way from all the things that stimulate the healthy receptors. On Tuesday, we have Popeye omelet with grapes. For snack we have celery with almond and cashew butter.

For lunch we have chunky chili for a snack. We have coconut dairy free yogurt, and for dinner we have tropical curry with chicken and vegetable and vegetables. Very, very normal. Nobody's gonna say oh this is because you think that PTSD is not going to happen. This is one of my favorites. recipes with high protein oatmeal almond butter balls.

You take a quarter cup of oatmeal gluten free oats. One half scoop of protein powder dairy free. One tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa. One tablespoon of natural almond sunflower cashew butter. stevia to taste from around the city is the most alkaline also and we're allowed to have that and then use a little summon nutmeg, and an old spice to your taste, any add water is desired. Then pack it into a hamburger shape and cook it in a frying pan of a medium heat until it's fully cooked and slightly crispy, which is about four minutes on each side.

It's a nice easy breakfast and it's fun. Okay, I won't go over the lunch but I want you to take a picture of it an apple sandwich and you can see why we're doing some of this stuff cuz we want the extra magnesium in there. And then for dinner it's braised broccoli with garlic. Want to take a picture? Okay, schizophrenia you get the frania is a neurological disorder that is defined as a long term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion and behavior, leading to faulty perception and appropriate actions and feelings, withdraw from reality and personal relationships into delusion in the sense of mental fragmentation. The latest research shows that schizophrenia has been managed better when the patient is put on a gluten free and low carbohydrate nutrition plan, which is of course what we do we have some complex carbohydrates.

Also people with a have been diagnosed with schizophrenia have a high tendency to have celiac disease which is only about a 10th of 1% in the United States so they should be tested for foods that must be eliminated anything that contains gluten which we pretty much stay away from into all of our meals anyhow but it Farley which is more more flavoring and more vinegar, I usually make tamales dry triplicated which is a cross between we've live wheat Bulger, durum flour for Rena, gram file cabinet, semolina and spell all of those who want to stay away from a clinical testing have shown it's made it work. So you notice of course we don't have any of that and I'm in again, the water is very important. We want to get rid of the toxins. You want to control the inflammation, want to control the insulin mechanism.

So one half your body Wait mortar and ounces per day for over two days again, we have homemade protein bar and egg. Have a quarter cup of almonds and walnuts for a snack. Yeah fajitas scramble for lunch. You have a plum for a snack. You have mustard roasted chicken with a side of roasted broccoli for dinner. The next day you have a very very protein shake.

You can tell I like to say yes celery with the almond and cashew butter. We want that omega three there. That stuffed peppers for lunch for a snack at coconut free dairy, yogurt and for dinner yeah fivey. Again, there's nothing in here where they're going to say oh, this is a schizophrenia menu and go to stuffed peppers since we did not put the shakes because I want to show you why stuffed peppers is one can have blacking strain 10 to 12 ounces of lean red meat a turkey so this is enough for two days. One cup of silicate mushrooms, one cup of organic diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning to Whole Red and green peppers. Directions cook the meat until a frown at the mushrooms beans and tomatoes to the meat.

Remove the stem core and teach from the peppers and cut it half stuffed the mixture into the pepper halves and bake it at for 25 to 35 to 40 minutes and you have a great lunch. Okay, I just want you to see the dinner. I won't read it go up here. Go back to the dinner. I'm sorry. It's a bunch of turkey burger with festival.

Take a picture of it should be taking a picture hopefully of all the menus and all the recipes. Okay, sex addiction sexual addiction is a condition that involves the sufferer becoming excessively preoccupied with thoughts or behaviors that give a desired sexual effect. It's more than 30 million people in the United States that are thought to suffer from sexual addiction. And it's not just men, it's almost even it's about a it's less than 6040. It's like 5842 men, two females, which I didn't know. But one of the things that we do fear besides having a healthy menu to help overcome it, because you have to have, you know, be dealing with health professionals and medical professionals to do it is we'll have the omega three fatty acids but we want to control the hormones.

And peep men that have a sexual addiction have too much testosterone in general. So you'll see in the menu, that we have more so I think estrogen type products, which helps negate that testosterone. And we don't have much beef, which has more testosterone in it. And then when we get to the women, you'll see somewhat the opposite. So here's the menu. Yeah, it's very simple, but you'll see like on Tuesday I have soy and you'll see on Wednesday we have soy yogurt instead of the other.

And so you'll see we have more of that on Sunday you'll see we have Turkey was soy sauces and things like that that we're trying to do to help buffer the testosterone that is obviously being produced too much in the body for the male. Remember the water is important when half the body weight in ounces today. I like the hydroxide water. That an egg in English muffin for breakfast, quarter cup of nuts for a snack pack. blackberries salad with Turkey nitrate free Apple banana and a celery with almond and cashew butter and chicken curry for dinner. On Tuesday or the next day we had chocolate soy and strawberry shake that we put soy in it.

We have half of bananas and celery with almonds and cashew butter because we want the healthy omega threes for lunch we have freed up by with spinach and soy crumbles again we get more soy in there. For a stack we had soy yogurt non dairy and then we had a Chiquita steak salad so we have a little bit of some stuff because he can't eliminate everything so I'm not gonna go over all the meals again. Okay, so this again is enough for the whole family enough for several days of six eggs six Six egg whites, six whole eggs, four ounces of cooked soy sauce, excited free pizza. That's one difference that we have here. One cup of fresh spinach, you've tasted four ounces of chopped onions, four ounces of chop peppers, perhaps is a shredded cheese. I prefer either goat cheese or the non dairy vegan option.

And the directions are just with the eggs and had to soy veggies. One half a day going to go cheese for the next year into the spread muffin tins. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until it's no longer runny. And then this could be repeated daily. And you can see the difference between this and what you saw last time. Here's a lunch.

I won't read it here but I wanted you to see it and take a picture of it. And there's a dinner. The lunch was built chicken salad sandwich demonisation peanut roasted chicken and broccoli. Okay, now we'll go to females. Like I said, it makes up over 40% of the sex addiction is a female. And again, it's a condition that involves a sufferer becoming excessively preoccupied with thoughts or behaviors that give a desired sexual effect.

Because the 30 million people that means is almost 15 million females in the United States alone, the plan is going to promote keeping the sex hormone levels at the optimum level is different, obviously for females than it is for males. So for females, we're not going to have soy, we're not going to have estrogen products, we'll have some more meat products, which is more testosterone to help balance it out. Besides that, it's very similar. And of course, we'll have a healthy omega three fatty acids will stay away from anything that stimulating the opiate receptors. We're going to start off with the water. Give us a menu.

Again. We start off with the water one half a body weight in ounces. For breakfast we have egg steak and English muffin. I'm trying to get some extra testosterone in there which is in the States. quote a cup enough. Pair blackberry Sal with Turkey and banana a celery with almond cashew butter we want a healthy fat man and chicken curry for dinner.

Chocolate strawberry shake What do you want to say? Oh, sorry, I'm sorry what? Monday breakfast? Monday. Okay, so just start from the beginning on the menu. Okay, so again you'll see the egg steak and English muffin for breakfast you notice have steak in there for the extra testosterone, quarter cup of nuts.

Hey blackberries salad with Turkey, Apple banana celery with the almond or cashew for the healthy omega three fats and chicken curry. A chocolate strawberry shake for breakfast and banana was celery with the almond and cashew butter for heated by with a spinach and chicken sausage, nitrate free of course coconut yogurt non dairy and fajitas steaks down again we're trying to get the testosterone Okay, there's a chocolate banana shake. I think I did it once already but I wanted to take a screenshot of it that lunch which was kale nut and berry salad and I'm going to do the apple pork chops. For the example it's one quarter cup, no sugar additive Apple preserves or fruit. One and a half teaspoons of mint tablespoons of in Scala, one tablespoon of tomato sauce to free. One tablespoon of fodder, horseradish for four charts.

So again, it's enough for a family podcast also containing a decent amount of testosterone. One quarter cup of one quarter tablespoon of olive oil which is high out there. One pinch of cane powder, and a small saucepan combined the apple preserves the min Scala fits Marcellus and horseradish. cook over low heat, stirring it frequently until it's heated thoroughly. Kota medium skillet with olive oil, lightly sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with the cayenne pepper. Cook the chops and throw that brown on each side.

And then continue to and cook it over medium eat until they're no longer pink. You don't want anything in a pork chop. Serve the chops with the sauce for over the top alongside the sound and the baked potato and you have a great day. Okay, so the next thing I'm going to go over is sleep disorders. And again, I know sleep disorder is not a mental illness. But I thought it was important sleep disorders, number one, cause inflammation, sleep apnea.

And remember I said one of the people that helped me with the course, is Dr. Michael level, Matthew, who's in there ologists and he only sleeps minutes. Sleep Apnea actually causes inflammation, then once the inflammation is cause we're able to cause inflammation ourselves between our diet and the opiate receptors, playing havoc with insulin mechanisms, and then that inflammation makes the sleep disorders worse. You'll also notice in several dimensional illnesses, like PTSD, you know, today anxiety etc, that has problems with sleep. So sleep disorders are important. Also for stimulant use. We mentioned it in substance abuse, so we want to go over sleep disorders because I think it plays a role in everything.

And you're gonna see some things that similar to PTSD and anxiety, but you'll see why in a second. Sleep Disorders a changes in sleeping patterns or habits. Signs and symptoms of sleep disorders include excessive daytime sleepiness, irregular breathing or increased movement during sleep, difficulty sleeping, abnormal sleep and abnormal behaviors that are treated and managed through testing and in some cases, medication, nutrition campaign important role in managing sleep disorders. This plan will focus on avoiding stimulants in the afternoon, and the evening like we did with a couple of the other plans. And they also found that people with sleep disorders have a problem with magnesium meaning they're low in magnesium and they and that causes them or helps them or is part of the reason They're low in serotonin and melatonin both of which are needed for sleep. So the plan is obviously going to make sure we have enough magnesium in it.

It's a low and processed sugar. It'll have omega three fatty acids. They'll have the complex carbs and the proteins to make sure we're getting a melatonin and serotonin and then we'll stay away from all the additives, preservatives, dye steroids, anything, dairy, anything that's going to stimulate the opiate receptors which will play havoc again with the insulin mechanisms which will cause inflammation and the inflammation just makes the sleep disorders worse because they cause it all on their own. Now very typical menu I'm just going to try to make sure that has food in it that has magnesium has the complex carbohydrates with a with the serotonin melatonin and the proteins also have that and it stays away from anything that's going to stimulate the opiate receptors and of course we start off with the water, one half ounce per pound of our bodyweight. So 150 pounds 175 ounces of water I use a hydroxide water especially here because it controls the inflammation.

So for breakfast you have chicken sausage, omelet with greens and cheese and the fourth one bacon cheese or goat cheese, a quarter cup of nuts for a snack, a club salad. For lunch Apple banana celery with the almond cashew butter for the healthy omega threes, which we need and a flank steak with a corn salsa and a side salad for dinner. On Tuesday we had Maple pecan granola with almond milk or playing yogurt. Target a dairy free plain yogurt or get a dairy free play no yogurt, Apple banana celery with almond celery butter, a strawberry, a cucumber salad for lunch, coconut yogurt, non dairy for a snack and spaghetti with squash, squash salmon for dinner. You could see the nice Maxi notes and I think besides having a little circle in the middle of toning, it's also very high in omega three. So here I'll just show you well one of them again for the sleep disorder and banana bucket is to take one quarter cup of melted grass fed butter.

One quarter cup of raw honey two eggs beaten to ripe bananas, set of flour, half a quarter cup of ground flax seed a quarter cup of almond flour, one quarter cup of gluten free all purpose flour Let's make one couple of together. Have a one table one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of baking powder. One half teaspoon of salt, a quarter cup of almond milk coconut milk. One half a teaspoon of pure vanilla one and a half cups chalk does not count the walnuts are my favorite directions. blend all the wet ingredients together to blend all the dry ingredients together evenly and then add the dry ingredients to the wet till it's poured into a grease pan or a muffin tops. Fake on 350 to 20 to 25 minutes of the muffins and 45 to 60 minutes if it's in a loaf pan.

And you'll know if it's done when a toothpick comes clean out come and serve it along with an egg. So it's a lot along with us. Yeah several along with an egg. It's a breakfast meal. Okay, let me show you you can take a picture of it. It's been a salad and it's in a crock pot roast with brussel sprouts for dinner.

And again, I'm just doing that for time reasons. I want you to take a picture of it. Okay conclusion. If you use specific menus and profit specific hydration with a special one, especially the one I use, which is a hydroxide water, we can make sure that the opiate receptors are not stimulated which will increase the successful withdrawal rate from substance abuse and low the relapse rate. So faucets physics show it loaded about 25% from 85 to a little below 60 To do double blind testing to get real numbers that's going to have so far, if we use specific menus that address the main chemicals that affect specific mental illnesses, we can, over the period of time, help the medical professional lower the medication for this specific mental illness, but again, only under the medical and health professionals care. If we reduce the inflammation, which I think I can if we had in this course, through specific menus and the profit specific hydration with hydroxide water, it will help reduce the cravings for substance abuse and reduce the symptoms of many of the mental illnesses that are adversely affected by inflammation.

Exercise will help everybody to overall health as you could see, and it will help with substance abuse and mental illness again, only under the direction of a medical professional. So don't do that. So get everything Following on smoother, it'll help get rid of the toxins which are affecting everything. It'll increase the endorphins which will help the neurotransmitters and accurate considered a neurotransmitter, which will help the brain function. So it's pretty important when I speak of special water, although I agree that alkaline water will help some with inflammation, and that's what I used to use To be honest, I found a special Ward and a computer limestone and then the limestone is heated and cooled until the cons of concentrated liquid and go through reverse osmosis etc. is the best way to do it.

This then leads us to the concentration of mostly hydroxide ion and it's done naturally. The DS o H ions go after after the H protons which is what is causing the acidity acidity is causing acidosis acidosis causing inflammation. So the byproduct is simple water, which we use in metabolism or excrete at once the combining takes place, the acid is a, it's a neutralize, that really eliminated. When an acid is neutralized in the body, the body immediately produces another acid molecule. But at the same time the body produces a sodium bicarbonate molecule. And that's to neutralize it.

And that's the normal buffering system. That's why our pH stays in the range that it does, and why we have to be more cognizant of the acidity that we have versus just the pH. But by Julia with the way I'm saying it with the menus and with the water, it's done naturally. It gets rid of the inflammation, which helps the body to bind will keep the pH where it's supposed to die. what it's supposed to do, and it's doing it naturally. And that's our job really snapped.

Clinics or doctors is to let the body do what it does naturally, and just help help it along that path. Remember, the magnesium waters will help them both substance abuse and mental illness, but only in conjunction with medical professionals and health professionals. Nothing is going to replace that nothing is designed to replace therapy, but it does enhance the therapy. And in most cases, over a period of time, you'll be able to reduce the medications needed for the mental illnesses. And you'll have a much higher rate of substance abuse, withdrawal and a lower rate of relapse. Okay, these are the questions that I was asked the most often and email, so I want to go over them with you.

What are opiate receptors and why are they so important? opiate receptors are clusters of cells, mostly proteins, when they're stimulated or bound is a cold that it's also cold they release chemicals. those chemicals give the body urges, all of our urges come from there except for sex. If you're addicted to a substance the body is going to assume that's what the urge is for. If you addicted to a food or you have any problems with the food like sugar gluten, dairy back at the body assume it's for if you don't have a substance abuse problem. What stimulates the opiate receptors besides drugs and alcohol, I just name them really read it but sugar was the biggest one.

Gluten, dairy, sugar substitutes except to Cydia, additives, preservatives, dye steroids, caffeine and nicotine often like the opiate receptors, and all cause urges. And if you're having that stuff, while you're having substance abuse, it's going to make you have more urges for the substance abuse. This opiate receptor stimulation effect The non substance abuse mental illnesses, yes, I went over some of that. The biggest reason is because it's stimulating the opiate receptors, which is giving us urges of urges in for a substance. It's mostly for sugar, which is sown the insulin mechanism. Often if you saw the things in some of the guys, they almost for all the mental illnesses, they want us to stay away from sugar, because that adversely affects them whole.

So yes, it definitely affects the mental illnesses. Why talk about marijuana? It's becoming legal in so many states, marijuana stimulates the opiate receptors. It's way different than in my day when I was a kid, as you can see from my hair color, but it's 50 times stronger now than it was in the 50s and 60s. So it stimulates the opiate receptors. So treat it that way.

What about medical marijuana. I believe medical marijuana has its purpose. But most medical marijuana is made without THC. And for some reason they have problems giving it away. The only medical marijuana that I've seen has THC in it, which isn't needed for the types of medical uses that I know about which is hunger and the convulsions that some children get. So I think it has its purpose but only under the real direct care of a doctor because otherwise it seems to be abused.

Why is nutrition so important for substance abuse and other mental illnesses? Or obviously, for the substance abuse, it's because of the opiate receptors we don't want to stimulate him. For the other mental illnesses. It's to the substance to the LP receptors also, but also a lot of them had a specific like a magnesium deficiency of Vitamin B deficiency, or vitamin D deficiency. We want to make sure that the brain is getting The Healthy omega three fatty acids that it needs. So it's very important.

Why and when do we use amino acid therapy? We use it mostly at the beginning. Because that's when people are the most malnourished and that have the most vitamin deficiencies and mineral deficiencies. The type that I recommended, if you remember came from Dr. Kenneth bloom, it was for vieta RDS calm, Li ve ita RDS calm. He made a nanotechnology so you don't have to take a shot, which I think people like much better you could drink it, and it was the same or less than the other. So I like it.

Plus, Dr. Bloom is the one who I mentioned already was one of the two scientists that discovered the addiction gene back in the 70s. Why is understanding acidity and alkalinity so important is you have to understand acidity and alkalinity to understand inflammation and that's why I go over so much Why is inflammation so important to all these diseases? Because I think, you know, it was said already, but inflammation affects them all. But inflammation is bad for 65 to 85% of all chronic diseases. It's horrible for substance abuse, and it affects pretty much all of the mental illnesses. And it does that by lots of things.

But the biggest thing they don't want the insulin mechanism, which is now causing our sugar levels and our blood sugar levels to fluctuate too much. Why is inflammation important for all the diseases I just said? If inflammation is so important, why is it not taught in our courses or in our medical school? They're going to start I got contacted already by five medical schools that asked me to help them put to put together courses on how inflammation separate courses but on how nutrition, inflammation and body floor affect the different chronic diseases so they will be doing that. Why is exercise so important except for general health? It's important because no one of course general health, but it gets everything moving faster.

They say sitting now is smoking. So, no, it's to help with that. And it also gets everything moving through the body at a quicker pace, which helps get rid of the toxins throughout our blood system, and it's also important for the endorphins which work a lot and our neurotransmitters which helps with our brain, it makes us feel better. I think most of us know after a good workout, we always feel better. And there's a reason for that. Why did I spend so much time on the hydroxide water?

Because that's the only thing I found and I was sort of embarrassed that I used to use alkaline water. I don't want to buffer the acid I want to eliminate them. It's the only thing I found that really eliminates them naturally. And I it's because I think inflammation is so important. So I do it with a 70 30% menu 70% alkaline 30% acid and a hydroxide water the combination between the two makes me feel more comfortable to eliminate the inflammation. Why is sub menus so specific and somewhat general because some of the diseases are more specific and somewhat general.

For things like anxiety we had to watch the serotonin and melatonin and and make sure there wasn't cortisol for depression. We had to make sure they did have separate tonin and melatonin and did not have serotonin, melatonin I mean for depression and for anxiety they did. They can have cortisol with a depression for the sex addiction. For men. We wanted to make sure they had a more So I for the women, no soy and more beef products. We also talked about with anxiety with the magnesium level and the serotonin in the melatonin.

And the same issue with PTSD. So some of them are more specific of things like eating disorders wants to separate so we just made healthy, General healthy many that still didn't stimulate the opiate receptors or cause any inflammation. Why did I talk about diabetes, if it's not a mental illness, I sort of said that already, but 40% of the people in the US are going to have it. So it's important to our patients. It also plays havoc obviously with our insulin mechanism and our blood sugar which affect substance abuse and affect the mental illnesses. So that's why we talk about patients.

Why did I spend time on sleep disorders because that's not considered Melton notice, number one, I was told by Dr. Mike Levin ASCII who helped with the course, who's in her ologists, who said that some sleep disorders actually cause inflammation and then the inflammation that were causing from the sad diet shouldn't be American diet or the western guide and the other things that we do make it worse. A lot of the disorders that we had like when substance abuse with stimulants or anxiety, or schizophrenia, or PTSD all involve sleep disorders also, so I thought it was an important thing to have in there and understand it and what could help. Okay, next thing I'm going to do is just briefly go through the references. I'm just gonna let you take a picture of them. I don't want to read them all. But you can see that good references if you need more material they cover pretty much everything that we covered.

I wanted you to have those so those of you who no one actually tried it, but now who really want to go there and then the last part is getting in touch. I did something different than most people I think. I want you to email me if you have any questions on any of the material, found something you disagree with, or think is wrong or you want more information on any part of the course of nutrition, even more recipes or whatever. If you want more information on nutrition hydration information, please contact me at Keith at Dr. Keith canter comm make a picture this is important. You should look at both my website www canva.com. Click on the print web and Radio TV You'll hear a lot of this stuff or see it in the magazines.

Go To www name program calm under the blog. And I think you'll have some of the answers to some of your questions. The large amount of information may be useful to you, hopefully in that you're interested in it. But if you email me, email me your name, your email address, your home address, I know where you're from your cell phone number. also include the question just in case I have to research the answer I asked one of the doctors that helped me with the costs, and then I will personally email you and set up a time to call you and ask a question is just so simple, that it can be answered just with a simple email. Otherwise, I will personally set up a time to call you and answer all your questions.

It was a pleasure doing the course for you. After you finish the course even after click some buttons to get the evaluation sheet You'll have to fill out the evaluation sheet, submit it. And then I think you automatically get your certificate to shows that you took the credits. And you'll have to send that in to get your credits. You know, I know you would just listen to me without the credits. Some of you might want to three hours of credits anyhow, again, it's a pleasure teaching the class and I will have more classes and those extra classes, something on substance abuse, and a specific mental illness, so they'll be much more specific.

Again. Thanks for taking my course. And feel free to email me with any question whatsoever. Thank you.
