This is a continuing education class for people in the fields of psychology and nutrition. The main concepts of this course underpin the relationship between nutrition and healing addiction and other mental health conditions.
The course will explain the relationship between addictive substances and common nutritional deficiencies with direction towards how to mitigate addictive tendencies to improve withdrawal experiences and increase recovery rates.
The three-part video series is accompanied by a PDF presentation that can be downloaded for more in-depth study, note-taking, and self-paced progression.
