Okay, the next tool that we are going to talk about is language shifting. So I'm sure that we all have learned that language is super powerful, and really affects circumstances and growth and basically everything. It's the way we choose to use language that will really create our environment and everything around us. So with that being said, we have to understand that the subconscious mind operates directly through indirect and direct commands. So what that means is that our brain doesn't process negatives. So when you state something along the lines of I don't want to be sad anymore.
And when you say it out loud, your brain does not hear don't it doesn't hear Won't it doesn't hear can't so if you're sitting there saying I can't run a mile, I can't quit smoking. Your brain is not being is not processing the can't. So it's only hearing. I am smoking. I I like Yeah. Oh, with that being said, we really have to be cognizant of language that we use.
So instead of saying something along the lines of, I don't want to be sad anymore. Let's shift our language to say, I am happy. I am fulfilled. I feel joy all the time. Even when you don't feel that way. Even when you are feeling sad even when you are feeling blue, even when you feel like you have hit rock bottom positive language will affect your chemicals within your body.
Body and within your mind. As crazy as that sounds, and it works Trust me. So when you are really feeling so alone and you are really in a negative place, instead of saying something along the lines of, I don't want to feel like this. Now I can't feel like this anymore. Say something like I am happy or this too shall pass. And when we state those things out loud, especially when we're dealing with all of the chemicals that are, you know, producing those lower vibrational feelings, it will shift and just keep on saying these things keep on keep on being cognizant and aware of the language that you choose to use not only for yourself but for everything around you.
And that is really a great tool to have especially when you are trying to cultivate a Abundance
