The next segment of our mindset framework are blocks. Now these are the pesky little things that keep us from doing the things that we need to do in order to get to where we want to go. And sometimes we have no idea where these blocks come from. But a lot of the times, a lot of the times it comes from our beliefs, which we just worked through. So you this is going to go hand in hand with all the work that we just did with our belief systems. So you might want to have all that journaling available while we do this.
So your blocks are packed, they stink, they stink guys, and we need to make sure that we have the power and the ability to get rid of them in order to step into that higher level version of ourselves. So what we need to do is blocks are really all about journey. We need to figure out what our blocks are. And not just journaling. You can also do meditation or mindfulness exercises or even visualization exercises can help you with determining your blocks. But in this sense, we are just going to go ahead and do some journal prompts.
And the journal prompts that I want you to focus on are what are the beliefs that you hold that hold you back from being the best version of yourself? What are these things and when we find these blocks, there is no magic pill or, or remedy for them. When you find these blocks. You have to switch them that's all you can do. So if you hold on to a block where you're afraid to go and meet someone because you got hurt from an ex boyfriend, say say you have trust issues because your ex boyfriend walks out on you. And with no explanation, and you're holding on to that because your subconscious, you're holding on to a subconscious belief that all men are going to walk out on you and all men are untrustworthy.
Well, no, just your ex boyfriend is. So we need to find those beliefs, and we need to switch them. So when we find those beliefs, we need to automatically switch them. So say you have a belief or a block about, I don't know, let's say, finding your dream job. And that that you make a lot of money for and you're holding on to the belief that that dream job is absolutely impossible. And it's too cutthroat and I can never you can never get that job and, you know, why are you going to quit your job now because you're, you know, making money but you're unhappy.
You need to switch that belief to There's this job and I'm going to get it and I can obtain any sort of job that I want. And I'm going to manifest this job. So that's really what blocks are all about is finding those barriers that are holding you back from stepping into your higher level version and shifting them.
