The second piece of the mindset framework is identity. And this is about calling in the higher version of yourself and becoming this version of you. This is about shifting your frequency to the higher version. This is you stepping up and and becoming who you are meant to be. This is all about who you strive to become in your life. And with this, you want to go ahead and do these journal prompts.
So when you go ahead and start these journal prompts, the first one I want you to go for is how does the higher version of yourself show up every single day? How does this version of you walk and talk and drive and present present themselves and how do they What do they eat? What kind of company do they have around them? What kind of fitness goals do they have? What does their social calendar look like? Who is this higher version of yourself?
Okay, and then this one is really super important. What kind of people? Are you surrounded by as the higher version of yourself? Or is it the people that you have around right now? Are are people that you know you strive to be like going to be in your life? What kind of people do you attract?
What kind of people do you socialize with, you know, who do you go out to dinner with Who do you have deep conversations with? Who are those people? Another thing is what you are committed to, are you committed to personal development or or growing a business or your family or a relationship or whatever the case may be? What is this higher version of yourself committed to and what are your core beliefs that you live by every single day, go ahead and use these journal prompts. And really just dive deep. Really, you want to get super vulnerable with this one because this is all about you.
This is all about what you want for yourself and what you strive to be. So, you know, this is this is for your eyes only. So just get super vulnerable. I always say this because the more vulnerable you are in these exercises, the better because you're gonna understand, you know, just what's important to you and why you hold the beliefs that you do.
