In the last section of the mindset framework work, we're going to touch on aligned action. Now, what exactly is aligned action? aligned action is the action we take in order to get to that higher level version of ourselves. This action can be very small or very big. But there does need to be action, we do need to put forth an effort into obtaining our dreams and desires. So what this means is, what are you doing to shift your beliefs?
What are you doing to, you know, step into that version of yourself that you strive to be? Is it through visualization, excuse me, visualization? Is it through hypnosis? Is it through affirmations or meditation? Is it going to the gym what is it what is the aligned action action that you are taking to get yourself to where you want to go. How are you calling in on your desires?
So with this, go ahead and we want to do these journal prompts. And the first journal prompt we want to focus on is what can I do today to help me become a higher level version of myself? What can you do? Is it drinking water instead of another cup of coffee? Is it you know? Is it going for a run?
Is it doing journaling exercises? is it doing mindset conditioning? Is it is it doing a meditation? What is it? What does your day look like? And what tasks can you do each week to take you closer to your goals?
These are two things that we need to do and we need to act upon them in order to get to where we want to go. So go ahead and do that and I will see you in the next section.
