Another exercise is meditation. Now if you know me personally if you are, you know one of my clients or my students, you know what a massive advocate I am on a daily meditation practice. Meditation has completely transformed my life. It has strengthened my mediumship and psychic abilities and it's just made me a happier, calmer person in general. And the American meditations society says the two times a day for 20 minutes each time is probably the most beneficial practice for meditation. For me personally, I know how hectic life can be and I know how hard it is to find 10 minutes out of your day, let alone to 20 minutes session so I always say try to aim for 15 minutes a day, if that's what you can get, you know, and build yourself up but you know, meditation is proven to help reduce anxiety and depression.

Aggression and fear and, and so many other things. This is just the mindfulness part of it, it is not this has nothing to do with all the spiritual benefits that you gain out of it as well. So, again, meditation is just a beautiful way of letting yourself spend some time with your soul. And not just that it allows you to be the observer of your thoughts. Again, like I said, meditation is not about stopping your thoughts, you will never be able to stop your thoughts unless you become enlightened and that is that that's probably not going to happen. So meditation is about being the observer of your thoughts.

So don't go into a meditation practice thinking that you have to stop your thoughts because you're going to get anxious and you're going to get angry because your thoughts are going to come in and out some meditation sessions are going to be better than others and that's okay. It's the practice that is going to help you it's not about meditation perfect. It's about meditation practice. So go in and set a timer, whatever the case may be, and just simply observe your thoughts for 15 minutes. Don't, don't become the victim of them don't allow the train of thought to, you know, go any further than just the observing of it and you can do a guided meditation there are wonderful apps out there calm is one of them aware is another that you can even download on your phone where they have guided meditations for you or you can just simply put a timer on your phone, you can go to YouTube and there are some great guided meditations there, as well as my YouTube channel.
