The second element of living an abundant life is to move your body. Now, I know you've probably heard this, I know you're probably, you know, like, I know that. But listen, sometimes we all need a reminder, I know I do. And then 30 minutes of activity per day, ideally you want 60 minutes, but 30 is just fine. Like I said, I know how busy Our lives are. This gets you going.
This puts you in a better mood, it releases those great feeling endorphins. And it allows you to go on with your day in a much more positive light. So moving your body is really super important. And it doesn't have to be a strenuous thing. You don't have to, you know, go balls to the wall. You know, a simple walk around the block for 30 minutes is more than enough, because you're not only moving your body but you're connecting to Mother Earth which is also a great practice to call Have a into your abundance rituals.
So, you know when I this is pretty self explanatory just go out move, you know maybe even dance in your living room if it's a rainy day It doesn't matter but you do want to move your body
