In this module, we will deal with the drivers that optimize your brain performance and increase the speed and ease with which you learn, think, and process information. These drivers will also contribute to creating neuro-design flexibility and brain health. The drivers are brain fitness (Brain Agility), Coping with stress, sleep, movement, attitude, brain food.

  • This module will consist of 7 sections.
  • Familiarize yourself with pages 21-27 in your NAPâ„¢ brain profile.
  • Module 5 is a lengthy module. It is 415 minutes (6 hours 55 minutes) long. Take plenty of breaks as needed by just pausing your video and continue when you are ready.
  • Familiarize yourself with pages 44 – 69 of the brain agility booster manual.
  • Complete section 2 (pages 5 – 7) of your action plan as you complete the videos. After this module, you should have completed section 1 of your action plan.
