The framework of neuro-agility stands on 2 legs 7 components of your neurological design and drivers that optimize brain performance. In this module, we will deal with the drivers that optimize your brain performance and increase the speed and ease with which you learn, think, and process information. These drivers will also contribute to creating neuro-design flexibility and brain health. The drivers are brain fitness (Brain Agility), Coping with stress, sleep, movement, attitude, brain food.

This module will consist of 7 sections.
Familiarize yourself with pages 21-27 in your NAP™ brain profile.
