When the second draft is ready, you've done the best possible cleaning and editing of your document. It's always best practice to show your masterpiece to a third party to someone else who has not seen it. It's always wise to show your work to another person whom you trust at some level.

Maybe there are spots that you would have missed, whether it's grammar, or sentence construction, or presentation of ideas, and you would not have seen it unless someone would have told you if you want your ebook to be of a really good quality, having the opinion of another editor, or at least someone who can relate to your ebook topic can definitely help.
