Creating your sales page. In this lesson, you'll find out that it's actually easy to write a sales copy. We're going to follow some guidelines that will allow us to construct sentences. That will be our sales page. Don't put this task off, do it right away when you're done with your ebook. If you plan to use your own website to sell your ebook, your sales page is your Buy button for your information product.

Once visitors like what they read and are convinced by your proposition, they will click on that Buy Now button. And that's what we want to happen right? So you can start earning from your writing. Know that you can outsource this part of the process as well. Just like what we've discussed in the content creation You can find outsourcers in the freelancing sites we've mentioned in our electrical how to outsource, however, should you decide to hire a sales copywriter. I believe that it's best that you experience firsthand the art of making a copy, learn from it, and know what is a good copy.

So how do you write a good sales letter? There are many things that we could do. First to learn what is a good copy? before you actually sit down and write your own sales copy. It's most likely that you already bought an information product online, like an E book or a PDF report, a video course like this or a physical product. With that in mind, you've come across the product sales page first before deciding Going to buy it right?

Can you go back to one of them to the sales page of one of the products you bought online, so you could read it again. But this time, you're going to study the structure of the sales page, you're going to take a look on the use of language, the flow of sentences and paragraphs. When you do this, some things are consistent, you will see that the sales letter is written in a conversational way, as if you're talking to a friend, it also mentions what we call emotional triggers that made you relate to the scenario presented. And then it presents a perfect solution to the problem in focus, such that when you're at the end of the sales letter, you felt absolutely convinced that you need the product If you don't buy it, it's like letting a big opportunity pass over you. The next thing that you can do to give your sales letter a good start is by going to Google and search for phrases like sales letters, sample, sales letter, PDF, sales letter, template, sales letter generator.

These are the phrases that you can check so that you'll be able to see how it's done. And you'll be able to start writing your own quickly. Just a warning. Don't allow yourself to be distracted and spend too much time checking out other people's work. Having three to four samples should be enough to get you started. And stay out of writer's block.

Now the prepping stage is done, you need to do the actual work. Roll out your sleeves now, follow these steps. And in the end, you'll have a sales letter that truly stands out. Here are the steps. Your ultimate guide is this. It's all about your audience.

Remember, during our research process, we explored about your audience pains, problems. words, they often use topic they always talk about. As you write your sales letter. Just stick to that this ebook was created for them. So we want to speak out to them get their attention into reading this letter. We want them to be moved with our written words in this letter, and so you better know who you are talking To Remember to speak their language, but never be to hype.

Establish authority by relating your own experience with theirs. Anyway, that's our short introduction, before actually diving into the step by step of how to write a sales letter. Are you ready? Step one. Write the main benefit of reading the content of your ebook. Wait, no the difference between benefits and features.

If you say your ebook will help them be on the path to losing 20 kilograms. That's a feature. If you say your ebook will help them gain self esteem, where any closing sighs they want and live the life they want. Those are benefits Got it. Now, come up with at least 10 benefits of your ebook. When you're done.

Note the main benefit. This is the one that makes your ebook unique from all other ebooks about your topic. Step to craft a great headline. We already discussed this part in our lecture on how to find keywords to use for your book title and description, when we talked about writing a great title, and we're using the same principles in your sales page, the headline is the one written in big text that really stands out with all the noise of the vast amount of information available online. You've got a few seconds to get people's attention and you're going to do that through your headline. Your goal is to make the them interested enough to stay on the page and not click away from your page.

Read your sales letter and make a purchase. You can do this by properly stating the main benefit of your product in your headline. Take a look again at the sales letter of the previous products you bought, or something you know you like. Focus on the headline on how it was done, see how you can apply it in your own sales letter. Step three. State more benefits.

When you were starting out to write your sales letter. Remember, you made a list of 10 benefits of your ebook. Now, put your mind into it. You probably have more than 10 ideas on how your readers will be benefited when they have the information you offer. Right all these things down, you will use it in most parts of your sales letter. You can even write them in bullet point style.

Step four, develop great sub headlines. When you write your headline, you need to also add great sub headlines. They're also written in larger text compared to the rest but smaller than the headline itself. Consider your sub headlines like the ads you see everywhere. Your goal is to make your visitors stay on your page through your headline and sub headlines alone when they stay and read on the rest of the page. That's even better, as it leads to more chances of them clicking on your Buy button.

And so what should you do to achieve this goal of making them stay? Make your subheads really interesting that it makes them curious and they can help to read more More of your paragraphs until they don't realize they have read everything. Here are some tips of what text to put into your sub headlines and their current logical order of presentation. Use them and test out what works for you. Change them according to what you think is best for your product. Just know that these are intended for your sub headlines.

One, describe the problem that your ebook solves focus on it in a way that is specific that anybody reading it can relate to the pains and difficulties to mentioned. Well, the emotions of having that problem. Three mentioned another pressing struggle caused by that problem for mentioned that you also experienced the same problem but worse five, relate However you've hit rock bottom six, relate that you almost lose hope until he found the solution. Seven, make them feel that you and them your audience are the same, and you also have a solution that will definitely help them. Eight, entice them with your solution and nine, entice them with your non refusal, irresistible, no brainer offer. Now we move on to Step five, develop a compelling introduction.

In writing your headlines, you're aiming to make your visitors stay, so they will read the rest of the page. Now, the introduction is your second chance to be able to achieve that it's your opportunity to make them stay Further in your page, you have to make them feel that you really know them, how they feel, and what their struggles are. You have to make them feel at home, that whatever those particular problems that they're facing regarding your topic, you know it very well, that you used to be in that same boat. And so make them feel familiar and excited by what you've got to say. Make sure to do this. So they will read on your story, and the solution you offer, which is your e book.

Step six, share your story. The purpose of telling them your story is so that you can relate to them that you can identify well with their situation. So you can show that you're empathic with their struggles, and you're not different from where they They are right now. In this section of your letter, draw them in, carefully. Bring out those emotions that will make them relate to what you're saying. Be authentic, and make them feel that you're a friend who cares.

Step seven. Connect your story to their story. you're sharing in detail about your story in the last part, but it's actually their story. Make your statements be about them. This is all about them. Remember, telling your story is but a way to show them.

They're not the only ones who had that problem, but also you and you share something in common. This way, your visitors would welcome What do you have to say and be open with your suggestions this process makes them qualify you as someone to trust. It's because they will see that you both have been through the same thing. And you've come out the other side. So, connect, connect, connect, connect with your readers. Step eight, offer the solution.

Now that you've established that you have a common experience, you've experienced the same difficulties and that you've found the solution. In here, you offer what the solution is all about. Describe it first, how it happened to help you what you felt about it, but don't reveal it yet. Make it mysterious and make them excited. Step nine. State your solution in a very appealing and a tractive we make sure to mention that you've tried other things before arriving to that solution.

Write down how those solutions were not really what you're looking for, compare what other solutions are available, and why your solution is the best. But don't reveal your product yet. Remember, you were asked to write more benefits about your product. This is the part where you need to include them. Highlight the benefits, you can use bullet points to list them. Step 10.

Make your offer a truly non refundable offer. In here, you can reveal your product and establish the solutions it offers. Make it an amazing offer. They can say no. You can do this by building a Your product with a great introductory low price. You can add scarcity by announcing that the price will increase at a certain date or after a certain number of copies are sold, or it won't be available after a certain date.

You can also add up complimentary bonuses so they will be enticed to buy. You can opt to add scarcity with the bonuses as well. That after a certain date, such bonus will not be included anymore. Help them visualize that you're giving them a very good offer. That the price is so cheap compared to a consumable they buy everyday. Say for example, it's the price of one Starbucks coffee.

Help them see that the price they're begging is terribly small compared to To everything they are getting with your ebook, and the benefits of having the solution to those problems, your ebook souls. Step 11 is specifically state your call to action. After you mentioned all the benefits, make sure to tell them exactly what to do next. That will be your call to action. Tell them, click the buy button below and be a speed reader in seven days, or click the link below and learn to play piano within 14 days. Step 12.

Make a guarantee of satisfaction. People will have objections in mind about buying your product. Your sales letter may have done a great job of convincing them that they need the solution you offer but they're Maybe other factors that may stop them from taking action. It may be a bad experience from other sellers, some negative stories they heard, or it's their first time and they're too afraid it's a scam. It's natural that they don't trust you or your product easily. That's why you need to address this objections by giving them a guarantee.

Help them feel secure with their online transaction, and that they're not losing any money. You can accomplish this by including a no question asked Money Back Guarantee within 30 days or 60 days, or whatever number of days you like. help them build their confidence in purchasing your product. Step 13. Say goodbye with sincerity. Remember, this is a sample letter that you are writing to tell people that you want to help them regarding a problem.

And so you have to sign off politely and sincerely. Say goodbye with your name and the photo. Make it personal for the sake of your audience so they can recognize and trust you. Doing it this way, actually boosts more sales. It goes to show that people only buy from whom they know or trust and so, make yourself known their target readers. It's all worth it.

Step 14. Use bs to remind them of your non refusal offer. Adding a BS in sales copy is a good way of reminding your visitors about all the amazing things they are getting when they purchase your non refundable offer. Bear in mind that reminders are very important to overcome the distractions from all other offers available online. Remind them of your limited low price, your satisfaction guarantee, and most importantly, the life changing main benefit that your ebook offers. Step 15. Review steps one to 14 and make sure you've convinced yourself.

Now it's time to review what you've written in your sales, copy, read it and reread. Are you convinced yourself to make a purchase? If yes, then move on to the next lecture. If not, change or reconstruct your copy, edit as necessary, but don't take long. We're about to finish up. With the course, again, I highly advise that you ask a friend or a third party person to read what you wrote, gain some feedback, then edit and finalize.

What else should you add in your sales letter or sales page? testimonials. This is optional. You're not required to add this. However, it can be a very powerful strategy to add testimonials in your sales page. If you already have customers whom you know, create a copy of your E book and have been passively impacted by the information you provided.

You can ask them if they're willing to share their testimony. This is all good If you've been in this business for quite a while, and you have even a full list in your customer base, but what if you're just starting out? Don't worry. There are things that you can do to have testimonials about your E book, and even about you, the author. The purpose of testimonials anyway, is to add authority and credibility in the information that you provide. You're able to tell those who do not know you that they can trust what you say, in your ebook.

We will tackle specifically this topic in the next lecture. So for now, let me just mention that if you don't have any testimony yet to include in your sales page, you can instant ask the people who know you to say something good about you. And you can include this as a text in the testimonial section. It may be about your professional work, or someone who has experience working with you. This will be helpful enough to show your potential buyers, that you're an authentic person who's starting out as an author. That's all I have to say for now.

Good job on accomplishing your sales page. I'll see you in the next video.
