Now I'm going to teach you how to do that evil pose. And this is how we teach it in this way, you might have your own way of doing Eagle pose, but this is how we teach it to the kids. So the first thing we're going to do is bring our arms really wide for our big Eagle wings. And then we're going to take one leg and cross it over the other. So we just criss cross our way down, I'm going to take my arm, and I'm going to cross at the elbows, make a big x. And then I'm going to take my hands and twist it up and give my hands a little high five.

And if this is really tricky for your bodies, because for some kids, this is really tricky for their body. It can give themselves a big hug really does the exact same thing. So whether your hands are here or here, we're going to bend at the knees and we're going to lift our elbows and take a nice deep breath in. Let it out and then we're going to Now 231 Yoga, yoga, three yoga, and then we open up those wings and we stand in our grounded mountains. So whenever we do one side of the body, we need to do the other side. And this is a really good pose to be able to feel in your body to get a really big stretch.

So we're going to open up our evil wing, proxy either leg over from the other arm over notice where you feel that stretch, notice if you do this side, or this side right now with Dida or give yourself a hug, and then you're going to bend at your knees, lift those elbows a little higher, and we're going to count to three, one yoga, two yoga, three yoga, and then we're going to open up our wings and come back to the spam in our grounded mountain and I like to ask the kids To put their hand on a body part that they feel, had a really good stretch. So I definitely felt that up here, my shoulder. So now we're going to show you a video of one of us teaching this exercise to the kids as part of our sequence.
