The second interview type is a telephonic interview, which is a very common and a hassle free option for hiring managers, where they will ask certain questions with you over the phone, which will help them decide whether to call you in for a face to face interview or not. Trust me when I say this, the questions that are asked over the phone are very different from those asked during a face to face interview, so you have to prepare yourself accordingly. Then we have a more advanced form of interview, which is a Skype or a video on interview, where you will have to sell your skills and your abilities over the screen, which is not an easy thing to do.
