Welcome to the first module of CDP job hunting skills, where I will share with you four lectures on how to frame your mind for success. As you already know that looking for a job in today's world, is a very difficult thing to do. And you will be lucky if you find a job that keeps you motivated and is aligned with what you really want. Hence, in this module, the first lecture is dedicated on the four stages of learning that every individual has to go through before learning something new. And why I've included this at the very beginning is because job hunting itself is a combination of different skills, for example, interview skills, communication skills, your networking skills, and many others, which will be discussed later in the course. The second lecture in this module is dedicated on how to stand out to the crowd.

Because if you want to succeed, especially in your job hunting phase, you will have to identify yourself as someone unique so that once you meet the interviewers, they remember the experience they had with you for a certain period of time. The third lecture in this module is dedicated on how to face and overcome the challenge. ahead of you. And I can assure you that your professional lives will be full of challenges. And even when you're hunting for jobs, you will come across various setbacks and disappointments. But it is how you overcome those setbacks and disappointments is what will basically define you.

The fourth and the final lecture of this module will help you basically identify your objectives and your purpose to find a job. And you need to know this at the very beginning, because in ideal circumstances, I would want you to look for a job that is aligned with your interests, your hobbies, and also your passions, so that you wake up in the morning every day is something that you actually start looking forward to. By the end of this module, you will be able to prime yourself or in other words, frame your mind for success. And as a result, you will lay down concrete and solid foundations for your job hunting phase.
