The night before the interview, I'm sure you must be really nervous and excited at the same time. But having said that, there are certain things that you should be doing so that you are fully prepared for the interview, which is due tomorrow. First thing is that you must get the directions. And you should do this one day before so that you can account for all the traffic hours, and how much time it will take for you to reach that office. Keep in mind that there is no excuse for you to be late. irrespective of whatever hassle you had to go through to reach that office.

The interviewer will not be interested about all the problems that you faced, he or she will only consider the fact that you were late for the interview. So please make sure that you are there on time. In fact, try to be there at least 10 to 15 minutes before time so that you can get the overall feel of the place and start your interview in a punctual manner. The second thing I would suggest that you do is that you visit the company website and their social media page just to get a refresher of what that organization is and all the things that they value. If you do this properly, you will automatically Be ready for the next point, which is to prepare yourself for some small talk as well. Because when you're starting the interview, you have to discuss some of the things that are happening around you or around that organization, what that organization is going through, and also some of the prevailing news and highlights of the industry.

Then comes another point, which is very important that you must shortlist your outfit the night before. And if you do this, you will save time in the morning and you will go there with a clear mind and be fully charged up for the interview. While you're shortlisting, make sure that you were decent colors that portray the culture of that organization in an appropriate manner. The next thing that you have to go through again is that all the success stories that you have shortlisted just go through them again, try to memorize all the things that you have done so that you can share your achievements during the interview in a very crisp manner. If you have these stories up your sleeves, and I'm sure he will be able to give proper structured answers to all the questions they have to ask. Then you have to keep your material ready.

Personally speaking, I don't think they will be asking for your resume. Because you've already applied over there, but just in case take a copy with you so that you can share it with them in case they don't have it. Following this, you should quickly run through all the questions that you will be asking. Now these questions can be related to the job description, the organization, the future prospects of the job role that you have applied against, or maybe the person that you'll be reporting to. So there are a number of questions that I will be sharing later on in the next module, which you have to go through the night before the interview so that they are clear in your mind and you are able to recall them easily during the interview. Then comes an important part that is that you should have a stress free evening the night before the interview.
