It's hard to breathe, you will read breathe really fast, almost like you're hyperventilating, your stomach feels like it's not your hands get sweaty.
Sometimes they even feel like you're tingling on the same thing with your legs. Upset Stomach butterflies in your stomach. Really the big feeling is a fear and feel afraid you don't feel calm and relaxed and safe. Again, these symptoms of anxiety are necessarily a bad thing is your body's trying to protect you. But when they become so overwhelming that you can't control them, it can turn into an anxiety disorder. You have these things for a long time, almost every single day is super hard to manage.
It could actually meet the criteria for anxiety disorder. Different things can cause these symptoms that only our thoughts can cause you symptoms, sometimes medications, reactions, medications, reactions to like medical issues. Sometimes medical issues can mimic these symptoms. So anxiety itself urges symptoms and different things and causes symptoms and it's really learning how to better manage them.
