Alright guys, I know there was a lot of information so a lot of this you can print out the PDF for reference, which I really recommend that we can always go back to him. And I know that this course was more of a first aid kit, and I know it could help you have to be very consistent with it. Now sometimes there's other treatments such as medications, now I feel that medication has its place, but that should really be last resort. If you're having panic or anxiety attacks every single day. Sometimes it's good to take something just long enough to calm down in order to practice some of this right. So and now no completely opposed to make sure it's you know, like with a psychiatrist, only they can give out medication or nurse practitioners to they usually work in a psychiatrists office or your family doctor, because no family doctors are literally loved thing because they're not really the center of specialty to prescribe mental health medications, because you really need to know which one's going to work for you.

You can manage these symptoms Remember, there's symptoms, you don't have a bug inside of you that's causing anxiety and you have to live with this forever. It's not a thing you have, you know, you just have to manage these symptoms. Now, I would say, you know, just overall changing lifestyle sometimes if you're always running and hectic, and hey, I totally get that. You know, I've done that years when I was in school and working and you kind of get into this hectic lifestyle. So super important to have some kind of practice of silence. It could be meditation, it could be running, it could be painting, I really don't care as long as the activity helps you relax is calming to you.

And of course, you're not hurting yourself or anybody else. But that's like something super important because if you're constantly Go, go, go, like you're putting so much stress and pressure on your body. And naturally, of course, you're going to feel more angsty. I would also say the people in your life now this is a big one. You know, if you run out of toxic people, of course that's not going to help So that's I know, that's not very easy to do to just, you know, eliminate people. That's not what I'm telling you to do was important to learn how to set boundaries with those types of people.

You know, sometimes those people you just can't get rid of because they're like family or maybe that's your significant other. So it's important that you learn how to set boundaries with people that way. So people like that, so you're not taking on their like stressors and such. And that's what's something that you will learn in therapy, if you decide to take that route. If you are interested in going deeper into what's causing these issues, I highly recommend therapy not have a bias because I am a therapist. That's one of the best investments you're going to make in your personal development.

You know, really going inside of yourself and figure out what was causing this and really learning how to manage these, these emotions and thoughts. We're not taught that. We're not ever taught that unless you're lucky to have great parents as role models or you went on your own to learn. No one really teaches us that so therapy is not you're crazy or something's wrong with you not at all you have to be mature enough to recognize I need someone on the outside to help me out with this right? That's all that it is you're learning now it does make therapy work is actually finding someone you're comfortable with is the number one reason therapy works the client therapist relationship so I highly recommend you know searching for therapists in your area and looking at their websites looking at pictures reading with their background and you know and shopping around you have that right to do that.

I would really recommend either Psychology Today is sort of like a Google for therapists Psychology Today. Good therapy.com as well, that's another great resource or just google therapists you know, psychotherapist near me or something you put therapist comes up physical therapists and all other kinds of therapists, so no psychologist or psychotherapist in my area, and really do your own research because that's super important to find someone that you feel comfortable with. Or you can try to do by yourself some there's a lot of seminars And or webinars even on personal development. So a lot of self help books, you know, so there's absolutely nothing wrong with that you got to find what works for you. But definitely, I think that having that one on one really helps it makes it makes you see results a lot quicker. Other things are, you know, just your health, if you're just eating a lot, a lot of sugar, you drink like five cups of coffee a day, that's not good.

You know, be very mindful what you put in your body, but it'd be as natural as possible. And I know it's very hard to do. You can't always do that everywhere, depending what country you're from sometimes, you know, some countries like here in the United States, to me, there's a lot of chemicals in our food. So just being very mindful of what you put in your body. That really does help with with keeping your nervous system pretty calm. And I understand sometimes there's just life situations that you have no control over.

But remember, you're way more powerful than you think. You know, you can now control other people. sorry to tell you that you can control other people. We can control the things outside of you know, you can jump inside other people's bodies and make them do what you want, right? But you always, always have control over your thoughts and your behaviors. Remember that you're more powerful than you think.

So instead of trying to control others and things outside of you put the focus back on yourself. And when you do that, you'll feel so much more empowered. And you'll notice that doesn't matter what's going on around you. As long as you are grounded and you're strong in yourself, it is so much easier still with those outside factors that can be causing, you know, stress and anxiety in your body.
