Hi, and welcome to stress less and enjoy more. Thank you for joining me on this course to implement effective habits to reduce your levels of stress and feel more alive in life. My name is john. I'm a registered psychotherapist and a mindfulness educator. I run my counseling private practice and facilitate group individual and corporate mindfulness trainings in Australia. I work with highly stressed clients and help them to find powerful ways to relax and enjoy life more.

Scientific studies show that one of the most effective ways now to reduce our level Stress is true mindfulness and meditation. I've been practicing it myself for over 10 years and have experienced the benefits both personally, as well as with my clients. I know that we're all very busy and our attention span has been decreasing. Therefore, this course has short videos to explain the proven methods of stress reduction, and then we will practice together so you get to experience the results immediately. It will be best to set time aside for these practices about five minutes every day. And please remember these five minutes are for your own well being and mental health.
