DESCRIPTION: In order to have more faith in this process, we step into receiving miracles and knowing that we are being guided and supported in the light of love through this journey.

Please do this meditation first and as often as you would like. Doing this meditation before other meditations would possibly help open up your emotions and have you step into a gentler space of allowing and letting go. As much as we can feel, allow, and let go. I have found that connecting to a miracle, and knowing that you are an unraveling miracle and stepping into that faith, helps the healing process feel more graceful.
