DESCRIPTION: It is when our body is in resistance to the anxiety that blocks the flow of energy and creates illness.

Apply the meditation for anxiety as necessary (whenever you feel anxious). You may use this interchangeable with the belly relaxing meditation. The belly relaxing meditation explains how to get into your body and get relaxed but allowing meditation for anxiety is where the real healing work begins at the nervous system brain level. The allowing meditation for anxiety is more for a continuous permanent healing process and the belly relaxing one is good to get you temporarily digesting better.

Both are good to use together for healing. For me, I focused much more on allowing meditation or allowing approach after I got the hang of knowing how to breathe properly and be in the body.
