There are five lessons in this course. Each of those lessons will focus on a different aspect of navigating out of the woods. Of course, I am using the phrase "lost in the woods" as a metaphor for the long-term, chronic stress that a woman can feel when her life gets out of balance. So the goal of this course is to help you get out of the dark woods and back on the illuminated path of your life where you will find the peace and balance you are searching for.
