Okay, here's a real quick business audit of your website. So I'm not sure if you guys control your website, if it's GoDaddy, if you have access to go into it and you can change it yourself if you can, I'm going to give you a few recommendations. And if you're relying on someone else to change all your stuff in your website, you can ask them to do it for you. So the first thing as far as client experience is, this movement here makes people dizzy. Now, again, that is the majority This is against all marketing strategies movement like this on your website is a turn off. It makes people distracted and you lose their attention because they become busy watching this flow.

And quite frankly, this looks like an art studio. It doesn't say high end hair salon, which is who you want to be. Also, these pictures are really nice. Hear there, okay, but I think the the website needs to be updated more where it's more streamlined and more modern. It's not user friendly, it doesn't look good. When I look at it on my iPhone, the most important thing is you want to get people to book a call with you right away, or follow your Facebook page.

So with all this movement going on the pictures and this, it loses them immediately. All right. What you want to highlight in your front first pages, your expertise and what sets you guys apart, okay, so this is good your homepage about you about you know about you guys, our services, I'm going to go let's see here, our services. So now I'm just looking here. So this is what comes up when I hit our services. And here you really need to have a list.

Services and prices. Okay, here it comes. So I would also put here and up at with a plus sign on everything. Because you see what just happened, like I was looking at the prices and now this thing popped up. So it it, it's a distraction. And if you're going to lose people right off your website, you're not going to be able to capture them or keep them motivated.

I just want you to see what's going on while I'm navigating on the site. So if you're going again, if I was a client trying to figure out what are you guys charging, I'm continuously distracted by like this thing is a pop up popping up. I'm waiting, it's taking forever for the services to come back up. So and even this, it's hard to read with all this stuff moving, it's giving me a headache. So I would put an up for everything on here. Okay, and make sure that everything is up to date and clear.

Once again. This is just not clear to say okay, Sell lashes by Rebecca so lashes by Rebecca sounds like you have a subcontractor in your business and that's fine. And once again, the pop up popped up in the middle and I lost when I hit clicked lashes by Rebecca and it's not showing me my lashes by Rebecca is do you see where I'm going with this guy so this pop up thing is is just a hinderance to the to the business it's killing your engagement or people really booking a call from here getting information. So, this is this is cool this is fine you know it makes for a salon appointment call. I would even have maybe a backup number here or maybe have the salon number go to a to your cell phone if you don't want to lose appointments. The fact that you know the slots close Sunday, Monday Tuesday, I think you lose a lot of money, guys.

And then direction. So this is my take from a professionals perspective, there needs to be more hair pictures, there needs to be more things that are gonna be like, Oh my god, I need to go there. This first page shouldn't have all this it should have what sets you guys apart. These hair pitches are great but they should be more in a different area where people can really appreciate them and focus on them. So maybe like, make another tab some of our best work. Okay, so hopefully these few tips and tools help Also make sure whoever's managing your website that you're s e o has every single level of expertise that you guys want to attract into that slump.

Don't leave any stone unturned. Family haircuts kids haircuts expert, you know hair extension expert lash expert, you could put organic, organic hair color expert in there. If you want you can put, you know, natural nail care expert, all these things have to be in the SEO. So they need to be listed in the website. The website leaves a lot to be desired and it can easily be updated especially if you have access to GoDaddy or whatever. It needs to be more streamlined and modern.

Okay, hopefully this is helpful for you guys. I'm hoping that these few recommendations will really up your game a little bit in you know, the appearance that you make online because here it's very, you're just Very Vanilla very ordinary, like why would I want to go to emeralds, I could tell this is a stock photo. It's not something you guys did people get turned off by that, too. So real pictures, real people, and not in this busy type of thing that we have here. Okay.
