A more advanced look at the basics of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and source handling, which will lead to the operational side of handling in the next course. The course covers talent spotting in more detail (following on from the introductory course), which includes: Access, Motivation, Point of Contact, Capability (AMPOCC) as well as welfare, active listening, tasking & training, and surveillance awareness
Anyone but probably students who interact with people at work and need to be able to manage them better and obtain information may benefit the most.
Knowledge of the basics from the introductory course will be useful, but no real skills are necessary to appreciate the course content.
