DESCRIPTION: Another fun competition for practice is the “Ready, Aim, Fire” Drill. In this drill, take 2 balls and toss them out about 20 feet from the target. Have your players race to the ball, pick it up and shuffle towards the target. You can make this a race, target competition or use it as a form of conditioning for your teams. This is another great “finisher” for practice and gets the kids moving and cheering for one another.
