DESCRIPTION: At this age, it’s not a good idea to send the players down the line to play catch. As we mention in a lot of the videos, create stations at practice and make throwing a station until the kids can throw and catch correctly. In this video, we use a line as a target but you can get creative and set up targets for your players to play target practice. Focus on the checkpoints and mechanics and create a competition out of the throwing station.
