DESCRIPTION: This drill is a fun competition for your players to push one another and see who can keep the ball in front of them. This rapid-fire drill should have a coach 25 feet away hitting balls at a fast pace to keep the players moving, diving and doing whatever is necessary to keep the ball from getting past them. As a coach, line up your players, give them each 5 balls and force them to change direction, dive, and take the correct angles. The goal is to not let any ball pass the player within the cones (castle).
