DESCRIPTION: Like the previous drill, you can set up a tee with a ball on top of it to create a target for your players. As we mention in a lot of the videos, create stations at practice and make throwing a station until the kids can throw and catch correctly. You don’t want to send the players to play catch without properly teaching them the proper mechanics of throwing and catching.
