DESCRIPTION: After teaching the players what each base means, have your players start in a straight line at home plate and simulate taking a swing. Focusing on sprinting through first base, have them run down the first base line one after the other. Make sure they touch the front part of the base with whichever foot gets there first, break down after they get through the bag, and then jog around to the back of the line. Have the players yell out the number of the base as they hit it.
