In the last module, we talked about identifying someone's primary personality style with about 80-percent effectiveness by asking two questions.
Kind of cool isn't it?
When you get this down it can be life-changing and so valuable to be effective with people. The questions deal with our four intrinsic motivators. We reviewed the first question are they more outgoing or reserved?
The second question we want to apply to the "other" person we are thinking of is - Are they more task or people-focused? Not sure? See which category they fit into when you think of their compass.
If they are more task-focused they will likely:
