Lets go over a few things before we dive into the Manifest Meditation and Energy Flow

Welcome to the daily spiritual health course. I am only on earth. And I'll be taking you through the meditation process and how to open your chakras, fine tune your chakras and recharge your auric field and repair it. So the first part in this short course is the meditation part. And in the meditation I've been doing meditation for over 30 years now. And after I started studying all kinds of meditations, I've seen that people they lack the focus it takes to think about something long enough for the mind to shut off.

A lot of people have tried different meditation techniques. And their fast paced mind just keeps wandering around. So they have a hard time to turn off their thoughts. And that's okay. If you wouldn't have those persons, then you're in the right place. Because in this meditation method, I guide you through the whole process, I tell you what to think about and I keep you focused the whole time through.

As we do it, we also working on your mindset. We're also working on forgiveness. We're also working on how to manifest your desires into reality. A lot of things that happen in order for example, is is what is not been manifested yet. Like physically for example, that's why we can see if people are about to get sick in the aura Same thing with monster, you create something in the, in the other levels of life, I should say, with your astral body, for example, when you astral travel, you can create something there. And then it will be manifested into physical world late.

If you keep on creating it, you don't need to do this visually like you go to a movie theater and be like, Whoa, high definition whatever this is happening when you're visualizing something that you want into reality. You're actually creating things around you in other dimensions, other layers. And that's why for example, fortune tellers can reach your future because they know what you're manifesting around you that hasn't been materialized yet. Okay, so without further ado, I will Want you to put down on a piece of paper, at least 10 things about yourself that you just love that, you know, makes you the frickin awesome human being that you are. I want you also to think about something that's a little bit more difficult. But it's liberating, and it can cure illness.

And that is to think about the people that you want to forgive and be forgiven for something in your life. Because you can take one person each time you go to this meditation, to forgive. And that's to let go of the bonds and the energy blocks that you hold within you. If you can forgive somebody, we're going to learn how to release that energy as well in the meditation then I want you to Write down your perfect day, what's your perfect day look like. And when you do this meditative process over and over again, you can start playing, you can start creating a vacation perfect vacation day, you can start creating the data that you receive the reward. You can book now, are you writing the book or creating a song or doing whatever, then you can, then you can practice seeing this perfect day, that day fenceline of that project, or publishing that book, the book signing, whatever it is.

But most of the time, I want you to see everything. Just routine, play out in a perfect way. So now let's get into the meditation part.
