So now that you found your ritual to refuel, or you found your time of the day when you feel happy and calm and a comfortable way to stay in this moment, if you're sitting down, make sure that you're not fidgeting and your spine is long. If you are walking or moving, then make sure that every movement is conscious and deliberate. You can use your body and your senses to cycle in this moment. Use your vision to take in the bigger picture. not focusing at anything specific but seeing it all or you can choose your cause your eyes. Listen to any sounds around you.

Notice taste smells. Tap into all the sensations and inflammation with your skin can provide temperature of the air or the breeze. contact with any material or surface around you Notice what it feels like to be in your body when you are relaxed and happy. Where in your body you can feel this. Find a nice, easy, relaxed breath. Use your belly or cider use your back and your chest to create space for air in your lungs.

All in as you exhale Is lightness but also depth in your breath. You can literally imagine that with each email you're getting this new calm, revitalizing energy and sense of peace and calm, spreading into entire body. infusing all of yourselves is calm, peaceful energy as your eggs you are letting go of whatever no longer serves you in this moment. Inhale feel the peace and calm spreading throughout your body and your mind. Exhale, let go of any tension Borys distracting thoughts your mind wanders.
