Now I'd like to talk to you ever how to approach mutation, me versus other goal driven and focused on outcomes or even what we what you might call a type personalities. We want to dig right in everything that we do. And while we definitely do meditation and mindfulness because we're looking for concrete and practical results and changes in our lives, having a strict a type, goal driven approach to meditation may not be the most productive way how to approach it. Here's what I suggest you make your approach to meditation is a three year old child rule. If it doesn't give you joy. Don't do it.
Find a way how to make it fun for you. Don't expect miracles that expected you to succeed every time. Don't worry about losing focus or getting distracted. Just keep doing it because it's fun and it's an exploration. Be courageous and find a sense of adventure. And interest in what works for you and what doesn't work for you and how you can make it work.
More importantly, there is no way to fail at it and there is no way to win at it. All that matters is that you show up and you keep trying and you keep playing and keep getting back on and trying things that will work for you. Just by doing the practice you are already rewiring your brain
