This video is about designing space for yourself to create your own, mindful and happy. So start by noticing when and how you feel absolutely calm and happy on your own. And this could be anything that that you're doing during your day. This is the moment when you finally out or take off your bra, when you get home. This is a moment of relief. It can be when you're picking on coffee or when you get back home from work.

Or maybe it's in the bathroom, maybe when you take a shower, and those little moments during your day. Notice what it feels like being your body. When you when you notice when you're relaxed and happy. Now, often we think of these moments, as a moment that we have to steal or selfish moment when we're not paying attention to our loved ones or our family. But really, these are extremely important for mental balance. Think of them as refueling stops.

And you need to refill the tank so you can keep on going and performing your job or providing for the family. You can only be there for others when you are there for yourself first. Hi moments in your day, when you apiece and come and face your mindfulness habits around those areas in your day that already exist. We just pick something by five minutes. Time for yourself. And you just add a little breathing and mindfulness exercise on top of it is five minutes a day did you carve out to be fully present and refuel and empty mind are absolutely worth it.

And they're going to be an amazing investment and you'll see the delivery benefits of that for years to come.
