Just Do it. Don't overthink this. Set up your phone or your laptop and take a 1-minute video of you speaking. Background doesn't matter, lighting doesn't matter.
TIPS:

Set the video up so that you capture your full body - feet to head.
Try to get your body head to be 95% of the video field, i.e. close-cropped, we don't need the wall or the background.
Speak for at least 1 minute: Who you are, what you do, where you are, why you are doing this course, and what you want to get out of it.
