In each video, I'll give you a rundown of all the steps but here's how they all work together

• Look at the real thing you're actually checking, and not your body part.
• Place a coded image (by linking) on the real thing you're checking to remind you it's off, locked and shut. Coded images are unusual yet logical at the same time.

• Place the same coded image on a body part.

Variation of body List

• Seal off that body part. Which is necessary for the standard checks but are not necessary for the painless 'soft options.'

Then after you've left the house or work and you start to worry that you accidentally didn't check something properly just do a quick scan of that body part with the coded information and your mind will be put at ease.
