Hey, I'm Chris and this is an introduction to my course on that will help you to stop compulsive checking.

Before you begin this course it's important that we clear a few things up.

Important:

Firstly, throughout the videos and the file lessons I use the terms Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, OCD, checking OCD, security-based OCD, and compulsive checking interchangeably. 

Secondly, this system works for the type of checking I say it does. It works whether you have mild checking compulsions or severe full-blown OCD. Don't take my word for it, you'll be able to test it out for yourself with the free material I provide.

The third thing I need you to do is take off your glasses. No, not your reading spectacles but your bias. This is a memory system and not therapy.  If you try to view this memory system through a traditional therapy lens then you will have lost before you've even begun. This system is hyper-targeted to help with compulsive checking. But you have to base your judgments on experience with it rather dismiss it altogether. I think that's fair. Again I give you free material to practice.

Lastly in a couple of videos, I refer to therapists (including NLP therapists). Just ignore these references as these fist videos were originally made to market to that demographic.
