DESCRIPTION: Self Testing Techniques 

The following techniques will allow you to self-test for answers. You do not need a second person to learn the following four testing techniques. These methods are also used to read a client’s energy field when it is done via phone or skype healing. You can also use these methods to heal yourself, this is paramount to becoming an influential healer. These methods take time and practice to master. Be patient and use them as often as you can so you can know which method feels most comfortable to you. 

As I mentioned, I recommend that you master one of the muscle testing techniques and one of the self-testing techniques. The following self-testing techniques allow you to test for yourself or your client without having them present. It is one of the methods I can use to perform distance healings, test information for clients when they are not present or to heal myself.
