Practical Exercise

1. Scan body from head to toe direction to identify relevant aura location ES2. Raise the hand over aura location to identify the height/level of aura ES3. Place both hands over aura approx 20 cm and send energy4. Test for an ES to confirm the pathway is complete.

NB. If you do not get an ES for the height level, turn your hand towards the ceiling. If you get an ES this means the imbalance is at a level that is further out than your hand. Send the energy with the hand facing upwards.
