In transformative leadership, we emphasize that all members of an organization can exercise leadership by contributing to any or all of three primary group functions, working for the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization, promoting unity and cooperation among the members and helping one another to develop new capabilities. To the degree that members are constantly developing their capabilities and using them in their work, the organization will progress and thrive.
