This course consists of 3 main sections Giving Compliments that Motivate Attitudes that Inspire Motivation Accompaniment: The Key to Successful Motivation Each section begins with a reflection question that you may answer in your personal journal or share on the Facebook page of Transformative Leadership Education. Then there are a few short videos focused on the content of the section. Finally, there is an application exercise that I ask you to share on the Facebook page so that we can learn from one another.
