So know marital status remove your birthdate remove gender, any disabilities or ailments. any possible x exception to this would be providing information that would give you an advantage in your application. In this situation, consider including such information if you think it would strengthen your application, but in most cases, it won't. So try to leave these things out.

The reason for this is, is that Unfortunately, most HR people, most recruiters have some kind of bias.
