DESCRIPTION: The student will obtain an understanding of the P2P process flow and the attendant processes related to payment of invoices and how the Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) fits into that process in order to maintain efficiency and keep supplier relationships on an even keel.
Doing so will enable the SRM to continuously add value and find innovation with their suppliers, therefore enhancing the SRM's contribution to the organization, obtaining improved performance reviews, positioning themselves for future promotions, and obtaining CPEs towards certification and/or renewal as appropriate.
