All right, so I want to quickly dive into feedback. Feedback is always asked whenever someone finishes your gig. Here's the simple thing about feedback. And unlike any other place, and other any other platform, say, Give me five stars, you know. And usually I like to say, you'll get a bonus, you know, a couple extra links or whatever it is five stars, or you know, and then I say, if there's any reason that you wouldn't give me five stars, contact me. All right, so you get to purposefully ask for five stars tell them here's a reason why you want five stars.
And the best thing about this is once someone gives you feedback, that's it, it's locked in, they don't get to change that later. So you want to make the best effort for your best foot forward of why they should give you five stars. Let them know every reason to say yes to that. If someone gives you a bad rating and a bad rating to me four stars, or less anything four stars or less. All I simply do is you hit refund, go to Udemy support, ask them to refund that and guess what it does. It wipes out everything, you don't get the money, they don't get the review.
It's as simple as that. So the best time that I like to refund is anything that's $20 or less. I like to just simply refund it. I don't deal with the person, I don't do anything else. I just simply say, Here's your money back. I don't care for if you're going to leave me a bad review.
Usually I'll go forward and I'll ask Hey, is there anything I can do to improve that review? Most of the time, people are just pretty obstinate and say no. So I hit refund. And it's basically like erasing that review. like it never happened. You don't get your money.
They don't get their review. It's as simple as that. So that's the best thing to do when it comes to feedback. But again, like I said, aim for five stars, like you're always Going to get it because if you slip slip below 4.8 stars, which is very quick and easy to do on a platform that, you know, or I'm sorry, it's very hard to do on a platform that allows you to refund that allows you to ask for the five stars that allows you to give bonuses if people get five stars, all those sorts of things. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be getting five stars across the board all the time every time and if you don't hit the refund button
