Okay, so as stated, here, we are logged in, I'm going to take you through kind of the view of a buyer, what they're looking for, you can kind of understand more of what you show up as inside of the fiver search engine. So first off, I just want you to kind of take a look here, this is the featured page. They're usually for someone who has bought something previously, they're going to show you items that you've previously bought into as well. So for me, I did a little bit of promotions and ebook covers, things like that. So that's what they're showing me. The number one thing that I want you to keep in mind is that when you have a video, it's not like it used to be inside of Fiverr.

Thinking that they're always going to keep this new format where if it is a video, they're just going to have that little play button right there. And unfortunately, that play button doesn't really show you too much outside of, again, playing right there inside. That's one of the big steps over someone else who does not have a video made. So be Unable to have a video is very beneficial. And the best thing that I suggest to you is actually making your video what you're going to make your thumbnail right here, for example, promote your brand on my fashion blog, you're going to have that as the first few seconds of your video. Maybe a quick little intro, and then all you're going to do is talk about you on your webcam or recording yourself.

It could even just be a voiceover, where you're simply recording yourself, you don't feel comfy getting on and showing your face. Showing your face of course, though, does make sure that people will trust you a lot more because they see who's delivering who they're getting it from, it doesn't matter what country you're from. And if you don't have the best speaking voice, then the best thing I suggest, of course, is just getting a voiceover for $5 it's really not that much. And all you got to do is make your video 2030 seconds long. That's all people really need to know if they want to buy something or not. So you're just gonna simply Enter in with, again, a quick clip or thumbnail.

That's what people are looking at. This is a great beautiful thumbnail right here, everything centric and focused I Heart Radio, that's where they're going to interview you. And then simply having a voiceover recording as well over that thumbnail. And that video is going to end up winning you a lot more in terms of purchases. So once you have that, again, featuring your faces a big thing on here, as you can probably already tell inside of fiber, here's how I used to do most of my gigs was just something as simple as this. This got me a lot of sales.

So again, the difference between not having a video and having a video is night and day, people are going to buy you much more if they see who you are, and just simply your face and that you're the person that's delivering. Now again, like I said, you can always hire a voiceover you don't have to show your face. If you don't speak English well, you can still hire someone for five or 10 bucks to do a voiceover for your first gig. Once you have that, I do want to let you know that At the end of every video, you're going to have to put on there at the very end, exclusively on Fiverr, offered exclusively on Fiverr. That just lets people know that this isn't something you can get anywhere else, which may or may not be true, but Fiverr demands that as part of your video.

So just do make sure that you do that. If you want a free video editor, just type in open source video editor, it's going to make sure that you're not getting any trial versions. Again, if you go open source video editor, that again is going to give you a video editor with no trial versions. There's a bunch to choose from open shot tech radar, wolf Crow, I'm sorry, wolf crow is actually a blog that tells you the best ones vl MC is another one. All of these are great video editors. So if you don't have one personally, get one doing the video editing.

If you don't have the money to pay someone $10 to do it. It's definitely worth it. But as far as it goes, when you first start listing your first gig, do make sure that you're doing as much As you can yourself so that way, obviously the costs are reduced, you're more likely to have a higher ROI return on investment right from the get go. So with that being said, do let people know right away inside your thumbnail because people read thumbnails first and text second. Let them know what they're getting. Let them know what you offer.

And if this ever changes, make sure you change it as well. It doesn't take that much to just simply place a new thumbnail on. And if you're wondering boy, how can I get thumbnails made very cheap. canva.com is absolutely free. They have beautiful templates that are very easy to make. I have an entire course that talks about how to become a graphic designer overnight and make a lot of money on Fiverr using Canva calm and as you can see, we use it a ton look at all of these graphics from infographics which you can charge 50 to $100 for all the way to simple little ebook graphics, things like this There's just so much it's innumerable.

So all of this can be made very quickly, very easily inside of canva.com. And it is free to use. If you pay the additional, I think it's $8 $10 a month, something like that, you get another 50,000 templates to choose from. So basically, after you make your first sale on Fiverr, upgrade your Canva. If your graphic designer, boom, you're off like that and running. But in either case, all of these things are point and click easy to do, you should really be making your first gig and all of these things within 24 hours, it doesn't take much time at all, to master any of these things for a video editor.

It's drag and drop to canva.com. Again, point and click. All of these things are just so simple to not use them is basically idiocracy. So, going down, you're going to see that they're going to list you at what you start at. Most people are going to number one, either be looking at price if they're price centric, or number two, what you're offering inside of this thumbnail that you See right here. A lot of people once they see the thumbnail, they're going to press play if it's a video, because of course, they want to learn who you are what you have to offer, hearing is better than seen, because it's both visual and auditory, which again, meets a lot of people on the ways that they buy.

People like to see things, they like to hear things, that's the number two way people purchase and make a buying decision. So outside of that, again, you're just going to go through and make sure that you have a starting price at $5 because people are looking at five, this guy right here starts at 80. So while he does have a lot of sales, I'm gonna tell you this guy's probably been on here for a couple years now. So it's not the idea that you know you need to have a large price and that price is going to attract people if you're just starting out. In fact a lower price point is going to get you the most purchases and the most buys And the beautiful thing is with a $5 purchase price. If anyone leaves you a bad review, you just simply refund the money and Boom, the review disappears.

It's like the opposite of Udemy, which is kind of what I hate about Udemy is that, you know, no matter what someone could get my course for free with one of my coupons that I offer in the first couple weeks, and they leave a bad review, I can't remove that bad review. And most people, they never reply back on Fiverr. You can work with people to increase those reviews. Most of the time, people just want a refund, and I just hit refund, as long as that price is under $50 because it's not worth arguing over. So with that being said, this is kind of how people view you look over and determine what they want. Other things that they'll end up doing is, for example, we're going to come inside here, I'm going to type in graphic design.

Graphic Design is a big purchase item. On fiber. A lot of people love it. It's very easy to do, but a lot of people don't know how to do it. As long as you don't offer Photoshop, then you're basically good, because a lot of things that you're going to be making can be done inside Canva if you're doing touch ups and things like that, or you know, I'm gonna make your face look more beautiful or something that requires Photoshop knowledge, but basically any other type of graphic design can be done especially social media, books, covers, newsletters, thumbnails, YouTube thumbnails, all types of stuff. Canva is the choice and it's all free.

So over here, you see the Refine Results. Most people are going to be looking delivery between three and 24 hours. When you're first starting out, make it 24 hours because you actually get a cool little thing that says, hey, I deliver in 24 hours, I'm a quick delivery person. So again, see here, get it by tomorrow. All of that's included if you go over to the three days. Again, it'll say get it by, but the tomorrow is what most people want to see.

For example, if I go over to seven days, or even any You're gonna see that that's not always included with every single one. And one example is right here, I'll do graphic design work doesn't show that because they're not delivering within literally one to three days, those are where most of the purchases occur. So the more that you have, the more details you have inside of your gig like that, the more likely someone is to purchase from you. Now, most people, they are looking at this, they're going to type in five, that's where they want to start. A lot of people do this, they use this search. So they're going to knock off everybody that has a package that starts at a high price point.

So what I often often do is deliver something very simple for $5. And then my next step up is like $25, and then 50 or 100. The reason for that is most people if you just make it a really, really small idea, like I'll do graphic design, but then inside, you start talking about well what is the idea of graphic design to you well It's something that maybe you're saying, I'm going to deliver something. And if we go down here, you can add on gig extras, which is, you know, I'm going to deliver it in three days. But if you want it in one day, you know, it's another $10. If you want it in another format, that's another $10.

If you want me to use a stock image, that's another $10. You know, if you have a custom need, for example, you're not just getting a quick, easy design, as it talks about inside of your course description here. For example, He only does these things, which, in fact, all of these things are things that he does inside of Canva. If you want to do me, you know, something more customized a little bit more, you know, I'm going to do a couple designs or I'm going to redo the image if you're not happy with it. Those types of things are extras that you can add on. So $5 is where you want to start.

And then from there, you start adding on a whole bunch of other things so that people can then see Ah, it's $5 For something simple and easy, but if I need more customization, I need it in less time. I need more premium quality graphics, things like that no one knows what really premium quality graphics are. So I like to just add that in because a lot of people think that means you know, you're going to go off and buy something from photo stock or a stock photo place. Not necessarily, it can mean something as simple as going into Canva and their Canvas stock images $1 that's all it costs. So again, they're paying you $10 you pay $1 that's a big profit range for you. So again, any of these graphic design things that you're looking at, see how few of these offer video.

If you have video, you're going to stand out a lot more from a lot of these people. And while people are looking for of course the best sellers people who have high ratings a large amount. The other thing I like is a little trick is you see this little available now, all you have to simply do is stay logged in and refresh a Your fiber page every 30 minutes. That's it. So whenever you think about it, you know, you're doing something else, just come over to this page, press f5, refresh it. Now, it'll say that you're available again, people love people that are available.

Now, that also means that you're going to get more messages. For example, look at me, I've been online. And just the last five minutes, I've already gotten some messages, because people see you as available. Now, they want to start seeing if what they have for their idea of what they need you for keyword research, SEO, whatever it is that you offer, if it'll fit within this certain package range, and if you can actually help and maybe give a few details of what you're doing. So that's basically what it looks like as a seller. I'm sorry, as a buyer on this end.

People don't really sort based on these things, you know, top rated seller level one, two, and the levels I'm going to discuss it a little bit but the main idea is just always make sure you're in your languages typed in as a English. As you guys probably know, even if you don't speak English, you can just take someone's language, pop it into Google Translate. And just like that back and forth, you can communicate between languages, so you don't have to speak it, you can simply type it. So that's one of the cool things I love about being able to kind of, in a sense, use a loophole where even if you don't speak English, which hopefully you guys do, because you're listening to me in English, but even if you're not well spoken, still make sure that you say that you're English. So that way that allows people to feel more comfortable with you.

And this idea or sense that, oh, since they're English speaking, they definitely know much more of what I want. A lot of people don't realize that Google Translate works so well nowadays. So this is what it kind of looks like, between A and B. Now, I'm gonna let you know that people do this type of thing. They'll you're gonna open up 1234 different tabs at the top buyers, and they're going to send messages to all of these people. So the more quickly You can reply back, the better it is.

Now, what you want to reply back with is simple short, one sentence replies, if you type a lot, or you spend more than 30 seconds, that's three, zero 30 seconds on a message. You've spent way too much time on someone, even if these people are saying, Oh, I'm gonna buy this and that and I want to buy $100 package. Still, the quicker and more short you are with your sentences. And it's not that you're pushing people, you're just simply letting them know in a nice way. Yeah, that'll be $15. Or Yeah, that'll be $10.

And giving them those custom quotes or things like that. And the best thing that you can ever do is if you actually want to give them a custom quote, send them a custom quote, after you say yes, it'll be $15 send them the ability to check out for $15. So that way, it's easy one and done. They don't have to come over here and choose a good quantity and you know, come over and say $15 it actually means more steps more work. The more steps you have to purchase, the less likely someone Is to purchase. So you're gonna come over here, they're gonna send messages to your contact.

Come over here, contact, you know all of these things. And they're going to ask, you know, copy and paste. Can you do this? What's your quote? Can you do this? What's your quote, make sure that you're being very kind of in not in a sense undercutting yourself as low as you can offer for your time when you're first starting out, because you want to get as many gigs as you can, as quick as possible, it's going to help you really start out and give you the best foot going forward.

So that's what people do a lot of times. And then of course, people will choose different packages like this. Sometimes they'll just buy right away. If your description wins them over about here, down here, and I'm going to show you how to obviously do this and make sure that everything that you choose inside of here is properly done. Now one thing that I personally love as a buyer, is when it's easy to read everything inside of you So what I would suggest doing is right here, adding another space right here, adding another space, the fact that this is all crunched together makes it harder to read. So I can't scroll this quickly.

And what that means is that I'm less likely to make an impulse decision or by the quicker and easier it is to read again, another space here. So that way, there's, you know, that extra spacing that makes it quicker and easier for the eyes to interpret all of the words on the page. You're going to have someone more likely to come up here and go, Okay, let's buy this. And when they buy this, what's going to happen is it's going to click them over to an order details page. Everything that you do inside of fiber as a buyer, recognize it contains a service fee. All of these service fees are simply there to cut off all the PayPal fees because people use PayPal or a credit card, usually a credit card via PayPal, in order to pay.

PayPal has certain fees. So that's why acquaint fiber attaches these things for you even order $5 gig, which I will go back and simply do for you real quick. So here's a $5 gig, it's going to add $1. to that. So it's really nice to be able to let people know, hey, if you're out, the service fee just changed, and that's recent, is it's now $2. So fibers no longer really fiber, and it hasn't been for years.

But they add on this service fee all the time. So that way, they're not kind of get having to pay out of their own pockets for these transaction fees that take place on paypal. So again, just let people know, like, Hey, you know, if you do this for five bucks, you know, you can get this or I could offer you even more, and you know that service fee will be much lower. And that's a nice thing to even say to people is like, if you buy this as a group package for 10 or $15, the service fee will be lower, which is true, because if they bought a $5 $5 in a $5, that's plus two plus two plus two, so they're gonna end up saving $4 They buy all three gigs as one purchase. So just let them know about that. And that can actually win people over as well.

So again, this is kind of what a buyer sees when they're looking through and determining, hey, and all of these are past deliveries that they've done. And it's just simply saying, Hey, you know, this is the graphics I've done. If you enjoy this, then this is exactly what you should get. Because I'm showing you a few examples. Now, I love uploading examples ahead of time. And you can do that.

And I'll show you when you list a gig, how you can upload these examples. So go inside of Canva if you're a graphic designer, or if you've done SEO, show a few of your previous deliveries that you've ever done before, so that way people know what they're getting even if you're a brand new gig with no purchases. So this is the idea of what a buyer sees. And now you can think more seller centric in how can I present myself better for these people.
