Become acquainted with the energy field of the body

The energy field of the body is a manifestation of the mind

Example: the physiological reaction to a snake vs. coiled up the rope in the dark
The body knows what you believe
Your body doesn't know the difference between your stories and reality


Noticing what's going on in the body at all times so as to avoid reactivity
We all disengage from our bodies in some way (sugar, cigarettes, etc.)

Things are then processed in the head and the body becomes numb


We have to reenter the body

To be able to name exactly what's going on when we are triggered
Uniting Spirit-self with the physical body 

Yoga is a good tool for this


Honor and be present in the body



Meditation to become hypersensitive - illuminated, present, radiant - feeling everything in more detail. 

Do the meditation every day 
Become more and more present in the body 
Infuse the body more and more with Spirit
Begin to notice energy knots and numbing...
