How can your experience impact your life off the mat?


Continue keeping your gratitude journal. Write down 5 things you're grateful for each day with just one caveat-- you can't write down the same thing twice.
Optional: Complete the exercise from Lesson 3 about Satya (non-lying).

or the next week, observe the difference between "nice" and "real." Notice situations where you were nice and situations where you were real. What did these experiences invoke in you? Also, notice situations where you believe others are being nice and real? What do these situations invoke in you?
From what or who do you seek approval? Does this affect whether you act from your "niceness" or your "realness?" What do these situations invoke in you?
