1. Complete the after asana exercise and answer the following questions (this exercise does not need to be submitted but may be discussed in your coaching calls).

What was your biggest takeaway?
How can your experience impact your life off the mat?


2. Continue keeping your gratitude journal. Write down 5 things you're grateful for each day with just one caveat-- you can't write down the same thing twice.
3. Optional: Answer the following question from Lesson 3 about your chakras.&nbsp;

Based on what you now know about the chakras, how would you evaluate your chakras? Consider each of your chakras and think about whether it is in balance or out of balance and if out of balance, in what ways?
