Hello, career designer. Welcome back to lesson two of this course. And that is set your vision and outcome. In the last lesson you found your work. That is, what career you want to take in. And in this lesson, you will find your why that is why you want to pursue this career.

Remember, finding your y will give you even clearer picture on your wallet. While finding your why you will actually realize more about your wallet whether you have found the right career or not. If not, you can actually go back now to the previous lesson, and the do the exercises to realize better on your What? And that is what career you want to take in. So now let's move on finding your why and that is why you must pursue this career. And He will answer this, why?

By actually answering two big questions here. Those are big question one, what is your vision for your career and you will be question two, what is your purpose and outcome? So, are you ready? All right. So we will move to the question, big question one and that is what is your vision for your career. And yourself?

To answer this big question, you need to answer a series of small questions here. And those that, what is your career all about? What do you want to prove to yourself and others? Number two question, do you want to create something unique that no one ever did? Or do you want to be the first to create such a career? Where brands hire you as a celebrity?

Do you want to see yourself honored and awarded for such great work? Or do you want to appear on radio and television for your work? Who is going to be happy other than you when you achieve this career? Where it is going to start from where can you start it These are the questions you need to ask in order to answer the question, that is, what is your vision for your career and your note? You need to answer each question here without deviating from and this is the perfect way to reflect on yourself and your career. So, I'm taking it for the this question.

And before that, let me tell you, there are three main components to your right career and toward that, number one, it is based on your dream and passion. Number two, it is driven by your life's value, beliefs and purpose. Number three, it will be well supported and applauded by your inner power, like your strengths and talents. So here are the three main components to your right carrier. And in order to further answering the big question, what is your vision for your career and yourself? I am again giving you a series of questions which you need to ask yourself.

What makes my career each of my dream and passion? How happy and excited I am about it. What natural skills and talents I have, that can be well used? What unique strength and personality I pause to reflect upon it. What value and purpose it serves of my life. Do answer These questions.

Take your time sit in a camp. Please close your eyes and answer these questions. These questions will help you reflecting on yourself to gain clarity about your life and career. The more honest and open you wire to these questions, the better clarity you are going to get. So, don't deviate from any of these questions. Now it's time to write what you have just added reason.

Through these questions. It's time to write your vision statement. I would suggest to download the exercise sheet and close with this and write your vision statement. On the screen you must be seeing how that exercise Looks like which you are going to download and write your own vision statement right to once you have done with that, we will move to the next big question that is big question number two and that is what is your purpose and outcome? Now, you have come to the second big question that must be answered. So, I have Piper get this question this big question in two part.

Part A is what is your purpose for pursuing this career and Part B is what is the outcome you decide for this career. So, moving on, we will first start with it the importance of having a meaningful pub and compelling outcome in a career is everything. I repeat, the importance of having a meaningful purpose and compelling outcome in a career is everything without a meaningful purpose and a compelling outcome, that is no reason or motivation for you to pursue this career, and teaching your dream. So let's learn and determine what is your purpose and outcome for your career. This is an important step in preparing to design your career to automate your success. So sip your coffee reverently, go slow.

So start with the purpose first. What is the purpose for this career? I will give you a series of questions that will help you reflect on yourself So I would request you to be honest and be clear while you are answering these questions. So starting with question one, what does this courier mean to you? Why must the courier be persuaded? What is your motive pursuing this career?

Is this your dream? Or you want to put through your parents or someone else's tree? Do you want to challenge up to someone or yourself? Are you fulfilling your desires here? Do you have a story behind it or trying to create one? Is this a business or you're trying to create a brand or product?

You just want to earn money, or anything else? answer these questions. For example, my purpose of writing the book, what if you love x and marry y was I wanted to tell the young not to fall into the trap of random careers as I fell for years. I wanted them to come out of this confused and follow their passion as a career confidently, I wanted to help young, who are stressed and depressed, and come out of fear and live happier and purposeful. So those that my purpose of writing my book, to find out what is your purpose of pursuing this career, and I'm still having the same purpose. In this course I want you to pursue the right career.

In fact, the most exciting Career for yourself. So, what is the purpose of pursuing this career? Write it down here, I would suggest download this sheet and write your purpose for this career. Once you have done with your purpose, we will move to the next and that is your outcome. So go ahead All right. So now we have come to the next and that is your outcome.

So let me ask you, what is the outcome you desired for this career? Again, I will give you a series of questions that will help you answer these questions. Be honest, while answering these questions. Let's start with the questions now. What do you want to see happening with this courier? What is the courier going to give you Who will you become the cause of this?

How this is going to make a difference in your and your family's life? how this will impact your financial and social status? What will this experience bring you? When you see the possibilities of this career, what you see? Can you visualize your name with the designation or recognition of your work you want? Can you envision people admiring you as the most successful and influential personality in your industry?

So when you think about your career, what is the guest outcome? You see? What results do you want? What is your biggest dream you see fulfilled with Korean? For an example, when I started writing the book, what if you love x and marry y? I had several outcomes such as to use this book as my personal brand to establish myself as an expert in the field to get speaking engagements, corporate consultations and so on.

So what is your purpose and outcome? So what is what results do you want? Write them all here. Download this sheet again and write down all your the outcomes you desire for this career. Don't deviate from this questions. reflect on yourself and completely this exercise.

Take your time when you crystal clear About your purpose and outcome. You are compelled and motivated. You are prepared yourself in the game. And what happened when you prepared? You take action? Yeah, that's right.
