So right now I have a little exercise for you to do. And you can do the exercise really in any way you like. The best way to do it is to sit down, have some quiet time, take a moment, and write down the things that come up. I happen to know that not even 5%, you're likely to do that. So if you don't do that, or you think, oh, I'll get to that at another time, then at least do this. Think about when you're in the shower, or as you're driving, just turn your mind to them and see what you can come up with.
Okay? So the exercises list, I want you to think about the kinds of things that really pay you those things that are guaranteed to create anger in you. And I want you to start to list them a little bit. Now, if you're a very angry person, it'll be everything. And if you're not that angry, it'll be particular things like people always say things like ah, stupid people make me angry. Or when people don't listen, it makes me angry when people don't do what I asked them to do.
It makes me angry. And these are very, very common answers. But what I'd like you to do is get an idea in your own head. What is it that makes you angry? Because as this program goes on, you're going to want to look at them again and see them for the Bs, but they are still Off you go
